Abstract

Production of raw materials is one of the scopes of PT. Cahaya Harapan Satya has a direct impact on production performance. Delays in the fulfillment of product orders ordered by consumers can harm the company. Meanwhile, if the supply of raw materials is excessive, it can increase storage costs, damage, and loss of raw materials. The purpose of this study is to overcome existing problems, for that, it is necessary to make an inventory system application that is useful for monitoring the availability of web-based production raw materials to solve the problems that occur. The web-based production raw material inventory data processing system that has been created is expected to be applied properly so that it can minimize and even solve problems that previously often occurred

Abstract

The internet as a transmitter of information on its existence has now become a necessity, including in Indonesia. The government agency at the lowest level is the Kelurahan Office, which interacts directly with the community. Its authority includes regulating, managing resources in government at the village level and is obliged to carry out population administration as a form of service to the community. At the Cikembulan Sub-District Office, the processing of population data is carried out semi-computerized using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft World. So that when making files or letters, errors often occur due to human error. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based information system for population administration services in Cikembulan village, to improve its services. The methodology used is field research, with observation and interview data collection techniques. The results of the system is that population administration can run smoothly

Abstract

Internet performance and security is very important, so that it can be used properly. All components on the network can be referred to as nodes, which send or receive data to exchange information. The data sent is divided into small parts in the form of network packets. At the company PT. Sumber Rezeki, the internet used has limited speed and quota, in daily activities it often goes down and the usage reports are still not detailed enough. A packet analyzer is needed in a network to be able to monitor a network so that the network remains safe and can run properly. Packet Analyzer can help monitor and detect attacks from hackers by monitoring oddities in network traffic. The purpose of this research is to design a packet analyzer program to perform network monitoring. The results of the design that was made went well according to plan based on the feasibility tests that had been carried out.Keamanan internet sangat penting untuk diperhatikan, agar dapat digunakan dengan baik, lancar. Segala komponen yang berada di jaringan dapat disebut sebagai node, yang mengirimkan atau menerima data-data untuk bertukar informasi. Data-data yang dikirimkan dibagi menjadi bagian-bagian kecil dalam bentuk packet Network.  Pada perusahaan PT. Sumber Rezeki, internet yang digunakan memiliki kecepatan dan kuota yang terbatas, dalam kegiatan sehari hari sering down dan laporan penggunaannya masih kurang terperinci. Diperlukan packet Analyzer dalam suatu jaringan untuk dapat mengawasi suatu jaringan agar jaringan tetap aman dan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Packet Analyzer dapat membantu mengawasi dan mendeteksi penyerangan dari hacker dengan mengawasi keanehan pada lalu lintas jaringan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang program packet Analyzer untuk melakukan Monitoring jaringan. Hasil rancangan yang dibuat berjalan dengan baik sesuai rencana berdasarkan uji kelayakan yang telah dijalankan.

Abstract

Public service is the fulfillment of the desires and needs of society by state administrators. Public service activities at RW 04 Kapuk Poglar West Jakarta include citizen data collection, monitoring, community services, and activity information. Until now, the process of public services implementation still uses records through books and paper, so that the information provided is not conveyed to all residents of RW 04. A website-based information system is required to meet these needs. The application of e-government plays a critical role in improving the quality of public services and can overcome existing problems. The purpose of this study was to design a website-based service information system and application letter "sipadu" at RW 04 Kapuk Poglar. The type of research used is qualitative research, while data collection is carried out by field studies using observational data collection techniques, interviews, and literature study. The result is a system that can simplify and speed up the process of making letters and processing community administrations.Pelayanan publik merupakan pemenuhan keinginan dan kebutuhan masyarakat oleh penyelenggara negara. Kegiatan pelayanan publik di RW 04 Kapuk Poglar Jakarta Barat diantaranya kegiatan pendataan warga, pemantauan dan pelayanan masyarakat serta informasi kegiatan. Hingga saat ini proses pelayanan publik yang dilakukan masih menggunakan pencatatan melalui buku dan kertas, sehingga informasi yang diberikan ada yang tidak tersampaikan ke seluruh warga RW 04.  Dibutuhkan sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan kebutuhan tersebut. Penerapan e-government pada sektor pemerintahan sangat berperan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan dapat mengatasi masalah yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi pelayanan dan permohonan surat online “sipadu” di RW 04 kapuk poglar berbasis website. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi lapangan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data pengamatan, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasilnya berupa sistem yang dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pelayanan pembuatan surat maupun pengolahan administrasi kependudukan.
