Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how far the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has on the work of brides and grooms in Yogyakarta. This research includes descriptive research types and tends to use descriptive analysis. In this study, the determination of research subjects was determined by sampling techniques, while the object studied was the work of brides during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Data collection techniques are carried out with interviews, observations, and documentation. Interviews and observations are used to obtain detailed data about the influence of bridal work due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. While the documentation is used to describe the real form of the work of the bride and groom at this time. The data is analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the analysis showed that the Covid-19 Pandemic is so influential on the work of brides and grooms that they temporarily switch professions

Abstract

This research aims to find out how far the impact of online lectures on the practice of Bride and Grooming at AKS-AKK Yogyakarta is. This research includes descriptive types of research and uses descriptive analysis. In this study, the determination of research subjects was determined by sampling techniques. While the object examined is the impact of online lectures on makeup practice courses. Panelists as many as 48 people, students of the study program cosmetology semester IV and VI. Data collection is done with interviews, observations, and documentation. Interviews and observations are used to obtain detailed data about the impact of online lectures on the practice of Bridal Makeup. At the same time, the documentation is used to illustrate the primary form of the effect of the online class. The data is analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques. The analysis results showed that the impact of online lectures on practical courses significantly affects students' competence, so the results cannot be maximized as expected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how many students of the Cosmetology Study Program are interested in the Bridal Makeup Practice course at AKS – AKK Yogyakarta. This type of research includes descriptive research because the researcher seeks to describe and interpret the object according to what it is. In this study, the determination of research subjects was determined by sampling techniques. The panelists were 51 people—students of the Cosmetology Study Program in semesters IV and VI. Data was collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Discussions and comments are used to obtain data about the students' learning interests in the Cosmetology Study Program towards the Bridal Makeup practice course. Documentation is used to describe the primary form of students' interest in the Bridal Makeup course when practicing the Bridal Makeup course. The data is analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that groups of students took the bridal makeup practice course because the provisions of the curriculum had to be taken. Some groups are interested in the Bridal Makeup course and already know the system's benefits and can be used as the primary job

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah ketrampilan ,pengetahuan bagi anggota dari Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera (UPPKS) Lumintu I di daerah Bintaran, Kelurahan Wirogunan, Kecamatan Mergangsan Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan saat melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah observasi, penugasan, ceramah, demonstrasi, tanya jawab, evaluasi dan dokumentasi. Metode metode tersebut dipergunakan untuk mengintruksikan pembuatan konektor masker, mengamati hasil pembuatan dari konektor masker,menilai dan mendokumentasikan hasil pembuatan. Sehingga jika terjadi pertanyaan sampai membuat kesalahan dalam pembuatan konektor masker manik manik maka dapat dijawab maupun diperbaiki pembuatannya.Peserta yang ikut sebanyak 20 orang dari anggota UPPKS. Hasil dari pembuatan konektor masker ini agar dapat dijual masyarakat luas sehingga dapat menghasilkan uang minimal yang memakai adalah anggota keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much interest students have in participating in competency tests in any field the field of Cosmetology. To take the competency test as a personal need to increase knowledge, experience, and skills or as a compulsion because when you graduate, you must already have a competency test certificate sheet. This research is descriptive because it tries to describe and interpret objects as they are. The research subjects were determined by sampling technique. The panelists consisted of 51 make-up students consisting of 24 students in the third semester of make-up and 27 in the fifth semester of make-up. In collecting data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Observations and interviews were used to obtain detailed data about students' interest in the competency test. While documentation is used to describe when students take practical competency tests to make it look real. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there are groups of students who take the competency test as a necessity to add knowledge, insight, skills, and experience for their benefit. Some of the other groups took the competency test because it was a requirement as a requirement for a Diploma Companion Certificate (SKPI).

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat bertujuan untuk menambah ilmu pengetahuan, ketrampilan bagi anggota dari usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera (UPPKS) Lumintu 1 Bintaran, Kecamatan Mergangsan , Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, tanya jawab,penugasan/praktek dan Dokumentasi. Metode tersebut digunakan untuk komunikasi dengan peserta menginstuksikan cara pembuatan wadah tisu, mendemonstrasikan cara pembuatan, menanyakan kesulitan dan kalau ada pertanyaan, melihat hasil praktek pembuatan wadah tisu dan mendokumentasikan cara pembuatan dan hasil karya peserta. Peserta yang ikut sebanyak 20 orang dari pengurus dan Anggota UPPKS Lumintu I. Hasil pembuatan wadah tisu ini diharapkan dapat berguna bagi masyarakat dengan cara dijual. Rekomendasi pengabdian selanjutnya diharapkan berkelanjutan dengan tema yang berbeda.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and analyze the application and feasibility of personal demonstration learning methods in fostering entrepreneurial interest for Cosmetology students. This research is a research and development R&D using ADDIE design (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The subject of this study is a student of AKS-AKK Yogyakarta Cosmetology study program. Data collection using questionnaires, observations, interviews and document studies. Analysis of research data using questionnaire validity and t-test. The results showed that: (1) The development of personal demonstration learning methods was carried out with development steps including; activities to create, modify teaching materials, and personal demonstration learning strategies; (2) The application of the personal demonstration method carried out in the bridal makeup practice course is very suitable because students can receive clear explanations of the material and follow every step of the demonstration easily; and (3) The feasibility of personal demonstration learning methods in fostering student entrepreneurial interest is declared feasible because of the results of different tests that show differences in student interest that has been given treatment
