Abstract

ADHD is a behavioral disorder characterized by impaired concentration and concentration or impulsivity, which is to talk at will without thinking about the consequences and doing activities that do not have clear goals and are characterized by a hyperactive attitude so that this deficiency can significantly interfere with the child's academics. Thus, children with ADHD will find it difficult to learn and interact with other children. In addition, ADHD also causes cognitive function not to develop according to the age of normal children in general. This journal aims to explain the treatment of physiotherapy in cases of ADHD that occur in children. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by taking material based on literature review. From the results of the study, it was proven that the provision of play therapy and brain gym was effective in increasing motor skills in ADHD children because this method could attract the child's interest or attention to move and focus on the situation at hand. ADHD adalah gangguan perilaku yang ditandai gangguan pemusatan perhatian dan gangguan konsentrasi atau impulsivitas, yaitu bicara semaunya tanpa memikirkan akibat dan melakukan aktivitas yang tidak mempunyai tujuan yang jelas dan ditandai dengan sikap hyperaktif sehingga kekurangan ini bisa secara signifikan mengganggu akademik anak tersebut. Dengan demikian, anak ADHD akan kesulitan untuk belajar dan berinteraksi dengan anak lain. Selain itu, ADHD juga mengakibatkan fungsi kognitif tidak berkembang sesuai usia anak normal pada umumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penanganan fisioterapi pada kasus ADHD yang terjadi pada anak-anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan materi berbasis literatur review. Dari hasil penelitian terbukti dengan pemberian play therapy dan brain gym tersebut efektif dalam meningkatkan motorik pada anak ADHD karena dengan metode ini dapat menarik minat atau perhatian anak untuk bergerak dan memusatkan perhatian pada situasi yang sedang dihadapi.

Abstract

Cerebral palsy merupakan suatu kondisi kerusakan jaringan otak pada pusat motorik atau jaringan penghubungnya, yang terjadi pada selama prenatal, persalinan atau proses pembentukan syaraf pusat, ditandai dengan adanya paralisis, paresis, gangguan kordinasi atau kelainan fungsi motorik. Cerebral palsy dapat disebabkan oleh bayi lahir prematur, ibu terjangkit virus selama masa kehamilan, terjadinya trauma selama lahir. Karena kerusakan otak yang dialaminya akan mempengaruhi sistem sehingga menyebabkan koordinasi yang buruk, kesimbangan yang buruk, pola gerakan yang abnomal. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang fisioterapi pada kasus cerebral pasly. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan materi berbasis literatur rivew. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian Neurosensomotor Reflex Integration dan Neuro Development Treatment (NDT) dapat memperbaiki tonus postural, merubah pola-pola abnormal, mengajarkan pola-pola motor skill dan mengembangkan pola-pola gerakan dasar.

Abstract

Autistic disorder is a complex developmental disorder that includes communication, social interaction, and imaginative activity. Autistic disorder is a condition characterized by impaired speech and reciprocal social skills, as well as repetitive and abnormal behavior. Autistic disorder has a different mindset and sensory dysregulation. This disorder can affect their ability to live independently. This journal aims to explain the perceptual motor program in autistic disorder. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with retrieval of material based on literature review. The results showed that giving a perceptual motor program could increase concentration, improve balance (vestibular) sensory abilities, improve visual (visual) sensory abilities, and increase proprioceptive sensory abilities in autistic disorder. Autistic disorder adalah suatu gangguan perkembangan kompleks meliputi komunikasi, interaksi sosial, dan aktivitas imajinasi. Autistic disorder memiliki pola pikir dan disregulasi sensorik yang berbeda. Gangguan ini dapat mempengaruhi kemampuannya untuk hidup mandiri. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang perceptual motor program pada autistic disorder. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan materi berbasis literatur rivew. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian perceptual motor program dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi, meningkatkan kemampuan sensorik keseimbangan (vestibular), meningkatkan kemampuan sensorik penglihatan (visual), dan meningkatkan kemampuan sensorik proprioceptive pada autistic disorder.

Abstract

Pneumonia is an acute lower respiratory tract infection that specifically affects the lungs and causes the area to fill with fluid, mucus or pus. Pneumonia that occurs in children is caused by infections from viruses, bacteria, and fungi. This condition can make patients, especially children, have difficulty breathing. Pneumonia can be transmitted through the air and this disease is the biggest cause of child mortality when compared to other infectious diseases. This journal aims to explain the treatment of physiotherapy in cases of pneumonia that occur in children. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by taking material based on literature review. From the results of the study, it was proven that the provision of infrared and chest phyisiotherapy (CP) was effective in increasing thoracic expansion and changes in respiratory rate per minute before and after therapy. Pneumonia merupakan infeksi akut saluran pernapasan bagian bawah secara spesifik mempengaruhi paru-paru dan menyebabkan area tersebut dipenuhi dengan cairan, lender atau nanah. Pneumonia yang terjadi pada anak disebabkan oleh infeksi yang berasal dari virus, bakteri, serta jamur. Kondisi ini bisa membuat pasien khususnya pada anak-anak mengalami kesulitan bernapas. Pneumonia dapat menular melalui udara serta penyakit ini menjadi penyebab kematian anak terbesar jika dibandingkan dengan penyakit menular lainnya. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penanganan fisioterapi pada kasus pneumonia yang terjadi pada anak-anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengambilan materi berbasis literatur review. Dari hasil penelitian terbukti dengan pemberian infrared dan chest therapy (CP) tersebut efektif dapat meningkatkan ekspansi thoraks dan terjadi perubahan pada frekuensi pernapasan per menit saat sebelum melakukan terapi dengan sesudah melakukan terapi.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic causes changes in daily activities so that a person limits their activities. This is considered to have an effect on a person's mood. Objective: To investigate the relationship between physical activity and happiness in young adults during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional study method. Data was collected through a google form containing a demographic questionnaire, the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) and the Subjective Happiness Scale (SHS). Results: there are differences in happiness based on the level of physical activity, someone with the highest level of physical activity shows the greatest happiness. However, no significant difference has been found between the share and the level of physical activity. Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan dalam kegaiatan sehari-hari sehingga seseorang membatasi dirinya untuk beraktivitas. Hal ini dianggap berpengaruh terhadap suasana hati seseorang. Tujuan: Menyelidiki hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan kebahagiaan pada dewasa muda selama pandemic Covid-19. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional study. Data dikumpulkan melalui google form yang berisi kuesioner demografis, International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) dan Subjective Happiness Scale (SHS). Hasil: terdapat perbedan kebagaiaan berdasarkan tingkat aktivitas fisik, seseorang dengan tingkat tingkat aktivitas fisik paling tinggi menunjukan kebahagiaan paling besar. Meskipun demikian belum ditemukan perbedaan significant antara kebagian dan tingkat aktivitas fisik.

Abstract

Games is one of the most effective ways to stimulate children's development. Every stage of child's age has a different type of game that is suitable for their growth and development. Since COVID-19 pandemic, there was some limitation of playing area that could affect development of some stage of child’s age. Parent felt confusion due to the long duration of the COVID-19 pandemic began to watch ideas in providing stimulation to children. This community service is provide to educate about the objectives and types of games that are in accordance with the stages of child development. Community service is carried out using online meeting media. Participants in this community service were parents and prospective parents (55 people) and physiotherapy students (9 people). The participants were given a pretest and posttest to see an increase in understanding before and after get education. The results of the study showed that the participants' understanding had increased (M: 36.56, SD: 16.54). With this community service, it is hoped that parents can facilitate their children by providing appropriate games in order to optimize their child growth. Keywords:  play, stimulation, development.
