Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the effect of giving additional employee income (TPP) to increase the level of discipline and employee performance at the Maluhu Sub-District Office in Tenggarong District.The problem is that there are quite a lot of employees who are diligent in being absent in the morning but one hour after that the employee can go straight out of the office and come back one hour later before being absent home in the afternoon. As for discipline in terms of the effectiveness of the use of work time which should not have experienced a significant increase or change. Employees of the Maluhu Urban Village Office are absent only to pursue or fulfill incentive payment requirements.This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The sample used was 24 people. The analysis tool uses 2 linear dependent paradigm regression, with hypothesis testing using the t test and correlation.The results of TPP t count with work discipline is 6.485 while t table with degrees of freedom at the level of 5% (a = 0.05), amounting to 1.717 which means (t count 6.485> t table 1.717). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus the first hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted because it proved the truth.The results of TPP t count with employee performance is 4.012 while t table with degrees of freedom at the level of 5% (a = 0.05), amounting to 1.717 which means (t count 4.012> t table 1.717). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus the second hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted because it proved the truth.From the results of the comparison of the second partial correlation of the Y variable above, it can be seen that the correlation value between the variables of TPP money and work discipline is more than the value of TPP money with a performance of 0.810 versus 0.650. So that it can be concluded that giving TPP money so far to employees of the Maluhu Village Office in Tenggarong is far more able to have a dominant influence on work discipline than on performance improvement. Abstract

Abstract :Computer Bali is a business of selling laptops, computers and computer parts in the city Tenggarong addressed in Jalan Danau Aji No: 41 RT.8 Malay Village Tenggarong District with the owner named Agus Alwardana S.Pd. In an effort to improve customer satisfaction the steps taken is to maximize the quality of service to consumers with the maximum number of employees Discussion on simultaneous hypothesis is proven that the quality of service in Bali Computer in Tenggarong a significant effect on the level of consumer satisfaction. These results have hinted that the dimensions of quality of service consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible can not be separated separately so that the necessary harmony between the five variables in order to maintain and improve customer satisfaction Bali Computer in Tenggarong better. thus the hypothesis that the variable service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction in Bali Computer Tenggarong accepted and proven true Discussion of the hypotheses that have been proposed that partially proved the hypothesis was accepted as a whole because each variable can influence consumer satisfaction in Bali Computer Tenggarong. Individually variable five variables consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and tangible empahty have a significant influence on the increase in customer satisfaction. it is thus suspected of variable reliability that have the most dominant effect on customer satisfaction in Bali Computer in Tenggarong rejected and unsubstantiated.Keywords: Service, Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the outline and assess the Company's financial performance Vina Lestari Jaya in 2004 compared to 2003 in terms of liquidity, solvency and profitability. How data collection techniques include interviews, observation and collection of data related to the data business, particularly financial data. Based on the analysis that has been submitted, it can be concluded that the hypothesis which says, "Performance Business Finance Sawmill Vina Lestari Jaya, in 2004 increased compared to 2003", accepted as true, although the result ratio obtained in 2004 a little less good for the ratio profitability when compared to 2003. However, the results obtained are not so great. Rise and fall of this ratio as a result of the sales growth rate in the last two years that turned out to be not in accordance with the sales growth rate of net profit growth tend to decline. The decline in the growth rate in net income was due to the increase in the growth rate of the cost of the post.Keywords: Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability

Abstract

Abstract :Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kutai district is one of the local government agency that has the task of carrying out the authority of decentralization and deconcentration tasks in the field of Human Settlements, Spatial and Hygiene management, and Cemetery which is located street Wolter Monginsidi, Building ULP. Regent Office complex with the Head of Department Mr. H. Basrie Hasan ST., MT. the number of employees as many as 127 employees. The aim of this study was to apply the knowledge gained during this field and for the world to know and how much influence Compensation and Supervision influence the Work Discipline Employees At the Department of Human Settlement and Spatial Kutai district. Variable compensation and oversight together (simultaneously) be able to demonstrate its impact on employee discipline. The first hypothesis stated "Allegedly Compensation and Monitoring significantly affect Employees At Work Discipline Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kutai regency" accepted and proven true. From the second partial correlation test results above shows that the value of the variable control than variable compensation, so that the control variable is the variable most dominant influence on employee discipline. From the description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study "It is believed that compensation Dominant Against Influential Work Discipline Employees at the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kutai regency" accepted and proven true.Keywords: Compensation, Control, Discipline

Abstract

Abstract: Starting from 2010 to 2017, employees of PT. BANKALTIMTARA Tenggarong that left reached the lowest number of 3.24% and the highest was 12.65% of the total employees. The average employee turnover rate in the last 3 (three) years at PT. BANKALTIMTARA Tenggarong has exceeded the tolerable standard. From the ANOVA test or F test, it is obtained that the F count is 43.018, while the F table value is 2.56, this means that all the independent variable was able to show a significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. BANKALTIMTARA in Tenggarong. The number R is shows that the correlation between job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention is a strong relationship. Partially, Job stress, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. BANKALTIMTARA in Tenggarong. Based on the comparison of partial correlation values ​​on the correlation table, it shows that the organizational commitment variable has the most dominant influence on employee turnover intention at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the production volume of the Keramajaya Muolding Business in Tenggarong was at the optimal point to generate maximum profit. The analytical tool used is the simplex method. The primary data used is the production costs incurred in carrying out product manufacturing activities in 2019. The results of the simplex method analysis show that during 2019 the Keramajaya Molding Business in Tenggarong generated gross sales of Rp. 282.850.000 (442 units of product) consisting of 182 units of doors, 126 windows and 134 units of frame with a net profit of Rp. 36,110,000. The results of the analysis of the calculation of the simplex method obtained optimal gross sales of Rp. 220,000,000 (220 units all doors) with a net profit of Rp. 29,700,000. From these two comparisons, it can be concluded that the production of the Keramajaya Molding Business in Tenggarong in 2019 was optimal because it generated profits above Rp. 29,700,000. So that the first hypothesis in the study is accepted because it is proven true.

Abstract

Palm trees have a high economy because almost all of them can provide financial benefits. One of them is in Kenohan District, namely in Tuana Tuha Village, developing one of its economic potentials, namely by producing raw materials derived from palm sap. Tuana Tuha, Kenohan District. Then to find out what are the obstacles faced by the business. This research was carried out in May 2022 in MSMEs processing ant sugar. This study uses primary and secondary data obtained from business owners through direct interviews using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained through literature that has a relationship with this research. The method used in this study is the analysis of the added value of the Hayami method (1987) with the help of the Microsoft Office Excel 2013 computer program. The results of this study indicate that the added value of processing palm sugar products in May 2022 is Rp. 23,003,-kg with an added value ratio of 0.38 percent, and the profit earned on the Guleku SMEs from processing 1 Kilogram of palm sugar raw materials into palm sugar is Rp. 22.003,-kg with a profit rate of 0.37 percent. The obstacle faced in this ant sugar business is the weather factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the technology acceptance model which consists of the variables perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, intention to use and actual use of QRIS digital payment technology. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Kutai Kartanegara who used QRIS. The research sample is 60 students who use QRIS digital payment technology. Sampling used purposive sampling technique and data analysis tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 4 software version 4.8.9. Based on the results of research where Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use with t-statistics > t-table (2.049 > 1.96) so that the first hypothesis is accepted and proven true. Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on intention to use with t-statistics > t-table (3.861 > 1.96) so that the second hypothesis is accepted and proven true. Intention to use has a positive and significant effect on actual use with t-statistics > t-table (5.514 > 1.96) so that the third hypothesis is accepted and proven true.
