Abstract

The first technology to communicate with the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), but this technology can only perform close-range sensing and processing, in contrast to the Internet of Things (IoT) which can communicate long distances based on the Internet, while the commonly introduced assistive technology is Low-Power-Wide-Area-Network (LPWAN) which is a low power consumption technology but long range. One technology that is widely used is LoRa and its open access utilises LoRaWAN, because it has many advantages. There has been a lot of research on LoRa, LoRaWAN and surveys or reviews, but not many have focused on reviews for application rather than just testing. In this research, the author wants to conduct a review of the application of LoRa and LoRaWAN by utilising Systematic Literature Review (SLR), with the initial phase search getting 1314 and the final result is getting 45 studies taken from IEEE Explorer, ACM and Indonesian language papers (Google Scholar). Then the researcher presents a discussion related to the application of LoRa and LoRaWAN in several fields such as health, agriculture, etc.

Abstract

The number of applications circulating, some researchers do not want to be left behind, one of which is a food-based application that can be used as an Android mobile-based food combination guide. Examples of food applications that are used to overcome the problem of vitamins, minerals and energy needed by the body. Basically, food applications are needed to help citizens by determining the food consolidation menu. Providing information in the form of how much health content and plans will be carried out, this aims to provide information. To get recipe suggestions, clients are initially required to select a photo image from the camera. After the application will send image suggestions to clarify and get the label name of the ingredients, by getting a signal to the system to send the ingredients to the nutritionist to collect the ingredients. Once developed, the framework shows the side effects of labeling and collecting ingredients in the application. Once an ingredient is selected, the system sends the component name to Food2Fork to get the recipe. The recipe will be displayed before being displayed to the system. The test results can be ascertained that the Android application can work well.

Abstract

Internet of Things for House is an aspect that is desired by all industries or organizations. Making smart buildings is an important part of implementing smart concepts in various ways, now the need for energy savings is very high because the decline in the pandemic has made energy needs increase. Where all employers are applied Back to work in the office, making energy demands increase, especially in large industrial areas that require a lot of energy. One of the houses can take advantage of the Internet of Things (IoT). This technology can save energy by means of automation. In addition, there are several methodologies that can be used for energy efficiency, by utilizing sensors. This study uses a survey literature review to obtain research in the form of 20 papers to support research on smart housing.
