Abstract: Arisan is a group of people who collect money regularly in each certain period. After the money is collected, one of the group members will come out as the winner. Determination of the winner is usually done by lottery, but there is also a social gathering group that determines the winner by agreement. Arisan as a means for the community to gather and interact among residents. By following the social gathering, it is hoped that relations between communities can be well and harmoniously established. This is because in arisan activities there are many social values that are felt by the community.This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. In this study, the researcher explained more about the social values in arisan activities in Leuwisaeng Hamlet, Surusunda Village.The results showed that the community received many benefits from social gathering activities. The benefits obtained by the community in arisan activities are facilities for community socializing activities, means of delivering information, establishing friendships between residents, training the soul to give charity, training the soul to help help, building unity and integrity, training in saving and growing a sense of trust.Keywords: Arisan, Social Values, Society

Pondok pesantren adalah salah satu pendidikan islam di Indonesia. Reformasi dan rekonstruksi terhadap pendidikan Islam beserta lembaga-lembaganya perlu dilakukan, terutama mencermati perkembangan dunia global yang mengharuskan setiap lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk terus berbenah diri kalau tidak ingin ditinggalkan oleh peminatnya. Masih ada atau tidak sedikit persepsi masyarakat yang mengatakan bahwa santri memiliki image yang tidak cukup positif di dunia wirausaha. Masalah lain yang dihadapi adalah nasib para santri pasca ’nyantri’ dari pondok pesantren. Lapangan kerja untuk mereka sangat kecil, apalagi jika mereka tidak mempunyai bekal pendidikan umum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian yaitu data primer yang diperoleh dari pihak Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah dan data sekunder berupa buku-buku yang mendukung terkait penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah Desa Cinyawang Kecamatan Patimuan menerapkan kewirausahaan kepada santri-santrinya. Tanpa menghilangkan karakteristik utamanya sebagai pondok pesantren, yaitu keahlian dalam bidang agama. Dengan adanya kewirausahaan tersebut mendorong adanya suatu kemandirian ekonomi di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyah Islamiyah. Dampak dalam pengembangan wirausahanya tidak hanya dirasakan oleh santrinya saja. Melainkan juga berdampak terhadap ekonomi pondok pesantren, alumni santri dan juga masyarakat sekitar.

Bank Syariah dirancang sebagai suatu sistem dengan bagi hasil sebagai dasar operasionalnya. Prinsip utama yang digunakan adalah kejujuran, terutama dari pihak debitur (nasabah). Hal tersebut ternyata menimbulkan banyak permasalahan yang timbul dalam penerapannya karena banyak data yang disampaikan nasabah tidak sesuai dengan kondisi sebenarnya. Hal yang demikian ini akan menimbulkan masalah-masalah dan penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh nasabah. Tulisan ini akan menyampaikan tentang masalah-masalah yang muncul serta mitigasinya pada sistem bagi hasil bank syariah.

AbstractBMT provides financing services to the community with the implementation and its products refer to Al-Qur'an and Hadith interpreted in the fatwa of the national sharia council of clerics indonesia. In realizing the financing, BMT also implements the administrative cost of financing as a pre-requisite to be paid by the member of the financing if the financing is realized. The absence of definite technical rules in determining the size of the administrative costs of financing makes the BMT in determining the administrative costs tend to adopt the ways undertaken by conventional financial institutions where in determining administrative costs based on a percentage of the size of the nominal financing. This shows the possibility of the BMT looking for its own advantages behind the administration of financing, because the greater the cost it will be the greater the administrative costs to be paid.Keywords, BMT; Financing; Financing Administration Cost

Abstract Marriage is an important event in human life and carries many traditional values that are passed down from generation to generation. These traditional values reflect the cultural richness and social norms highly regarded in society. At the same time, wedding ceremonies also have significant economic impacts. This literature review aims to explore and analyze the relationship between the traditional values in wedding ceremonies and their economic impacts. The research methodology involves a literature review from various sources, such as academic journals, books, articles, and other relevant information sources. The findings of the research indicate that the traditional values in wedding ceremonies play a crucial role in preserving the cultural identity of a community. These traditions encompass customs, traditional attire, dances, music, local cuisine, and other practices that are inherited from generation to generation. Through these traditions, wedding ceremonies serve as a means to preserve and strengthen social bonds and the cultural sustainability of a community. Additionally, wedding ceremonies also have significant economic impacts. The preparations and execution of weddings involve the consumption of goods and services that contribute to local economic growth. This includes the purchase of wedding attire, food, decorations, photography, entertainment, and various other services. The increased consumption stimulates sectors related to weddings, creating job opportunities and increasing government revenue through taxes and related levies. Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The reform and reconstruction of the Islamic educational system and its institutions must be carried out, especially in view of the development of the global world, which requires the constant improvement of all Islamic educational institutions. One way to increase the functionality of Islamic boarding schools concerns the financial independence of Islamic boarding schools, especially for students. Because there are still many public perceptions that students in the entrepreneurial world do not have a positive enough image. Another problem is the fate of the santri after their "study" at the Islamic boarding school. Career prospects for them are very slim, especially if they do not have enough formal education. This research is a library research (library research). This study uses the types and sources of secondary data obtained from research results, articles and reference books that discuss topics related to the research theme. This research approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which is an effort to understand the various concepts found in the research process, using content analysis techniques (content analysis). The results of the study show that entrepreneurship development can be done anywhere, including in Islamic boarding schools. This entrepreneurial activity is very helpful, improving the economy of the Islamic boarding school. In addition, the existence of this entrepreneurial activity also helps the ability of the students. Because many think that santri are only capable in the religious field, but for fields outside of religion they are not yet capable

The creative economy has become an increasingly relevant topic in the context of modern business, while also growing awareness of sharia principles in the Muslim world. This article is a literature review which aims to investigate the role and influence of the creative economy in the formation of sharia creative businesses. Through data analysis from various literary sources such as scientific journals, books and articles, this study examines how the creative economy can support innovation, economic diversification and the promotion of Islamic culture in sharia creative businesses. The influence of the creative economy in sectors such as fashion, art, design and media is also analyzed in depth. The results provide insight into how the creative economy can play an important role in combining creativity, innovation and sharia principles to create ethical and competitive creative businesses in Indonesia. In this context, this literature research contributes to understanding the potential of the creative economy which can enrich sharia-based culture and economy in Indonesia.
