Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Industry and Trade City Pekanbaru which supervises the distribution of LPG gas 3 Kg, and pengawai Who works at the Department of Industry and Trade Pekanbaru City and LPG gas distributor 3 Kg located in Pekanbaru Town, Marpoyan Damai Sub-district The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of supervision of the Office of Industry and Trade Pekanbaru City in the distribution of LPG gas 3 Kg in Pekanbaru City and the inhibiting factors in carrying out supervision of gas distribution LPg 3 Kg in Pekanbaru City. Determination of the number of samples for employees of Pekanbaru City Trade and Distribution Service using sample sensu so that it can be 4 employees, while samples from LPG gas distributor 3 Kg by assigning 30 dealers from 58 dealers by using randl sampling technique. The type of data used in this study includes primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique used by the writer is descriptive qualitative that is in the form of tables and depiction through interview result in field by looking at respondent's answer to the implementation of supervision of Industry and Trade Office Pekanbaru City in Distribution 3 Kg LPG gas in Pekanbaru City, The steps taken in improving the implementation of the supervision of the distribution of LPG gas 3 Kg in the form of data that has been collected are analyzed by describing the existing problems and providing interpension to the relevant results then drawn conclusions. From the research can be concluded that the results obtained are still not according to the rules alias not optimal. Where the inhibiting factors for the supervision of LPG gas distribution are 3 Kg, namely, limited human resources, lack of awareness from the LPG 3 LPG bases on the distribution of 3 kg LPG gas, and the village / kelakarta apparatus and the rt and rw levels which Still do not understand the duties and functions of their positions in the participation of this 3 Kg LPG gas circulation.

Abstract

This research aim to know Evaluation of KIS Implementation (Healthy indonesian card) In Pintu Gobang Kari Village Kuantan Tengah Sub-district Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research method is Descriptive Survey. The study is located in the village door gobang curry. The population in this research is 26 people. Sampling technique done by Purposive Sampling Technique is determination of sample with certain consideration. In this study the authors set as many as 26 people. The results showed that the Evaluation of the Implementation of KIS (Healthy indonesian card) In Pintu Gobang Kari Village Kuantan Tengah Sub-district Kuantan Singingi Regency in Less Less Exacted category. Concerning the effectiveness of community respondents as recipients of KIS card (Healthy indonesian card) card in Less Appropriate category. Efficiency of community respondent as receiver of KIS card (Healthy indonesian card) card in Less Appropriate category. The sufficiency of the community respondents as the recipients of the KIS card (Healthy indonesian card) card in the Less Implemented category. The similarity of the community respondents as the recipients of the KIS card (Healthy Indonesia Card) card in the Less Implemented category. Responsiveness of community respondents as beneficiaries of KIS card (Healthy indonesian card) in the Self-Implemented category. The accuracy of the community respondents as the recipients of the KIS card card (Healthy indonesian card) in the Less Implemented category. This conclusion is in accordance with the measurement technique that has been determined that the Less Understandable category is in the percentage of 26% - 50% meaning that 6 indicators used are not all done well.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the implementation of Collaborative Governance in Overcoming Unemployment in Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive research type. Techniques in determining informants with purposive sampling. The type of data source consists of two, namely primary and secondary data. For data collection techniques used are by prioritizing interview techniques, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique that the author uses is by collecting data which is then analyzed in depth and concluded as a whole in order to get the results of collaborative governance in tackling unemployment. The results in this study concluded that there is still a lack of collaboration between stakeholders in tackling unemployment due to the lack of company involvement in activities carried out by the Bengkalis Regency Government, including job fairs and workforce training. It is hoped that in the future the Bengkalis Regency Government can give an appeal to companies to be actively involved in participating in programs to reduce unemployment and evaluate these activities optimally.
