Abstract

Abstract

Violence against children is an act of physical, sexual, emotional abuse, or neglect of children. Child abuse can also be defined as any act or series of acts of guardianship or omission by a parent or other caregiver that results in harm, or potential harm, or poses a harmful threat to a child. Children are an investment in the future, the next generation of the Nation, all hopes and ideals hang on their shoulders. Children really need attention and affection from the family. As parents, we may have done violence to children intentionally or unwittingly. Unfortunately, the impact of violence on children can be prolonged and even affect children's attitudes in the future. The author uses the library research method or literature review. This literature review research is conducting research from library books, magazines, journals and articles and sources from the internet that are relevant to the problems discussed.

Abstract

Humans in utilizing these natural resources must of course pay attention to their goals, and the effects caused by their use, which if left unchecked will have an impact on the growth ecosystem of every existing environment. We need to know that the environment plays a very important role in people's lives, where every community definitely needs a clean and far from pollution environment, one of the roles of the community in maintaining and managing the environment is the creation of the Law on Environmental Protection and Management, hereinafter abbreviated as UUPPLH is a regulation made in order to guarantee the fulfillment and needs of the right to the environment in its protection and management. The author uses the library research method or literature review. Abstract

The re-examination of the determination of the Provincial Labor Inspector as regulated in article 28 paragraph 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia No.33 of 2016, which has been changed to Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia 1 of 2020, is legally no longer valid. Apart from being based on Law no. 30 of 2014, there are also several legal references as the basis for rejecting the re-examination of the determination as regulated in Article 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia No. 33 of 2016, which has been changed to Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1 year 2020.
