Abstract

Abstract-The purpose of this study is to find out, empirically test and analyze motivation, communication, and work environment on organizational commitment and the performance of employees of Perumda Warehousing and Various Businesses "Pedaringan" Surakarta City. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, instrument test, linearity test and hypothesis test which includes partial regression test (t test), regression coefficient test (F test) and coefficient of determination (R2) correlation analysis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and samples used were employees of Perumda warehousing and various businesses "Pedaringan" Surakarta City of 40 respondents. The t-test results showed that Motivation, Communication, Work Environment and Organizational Commitment variables had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Civil Servants and Various Businesses in "Pedaringan" Surakarta City. F test results indicate Motivation, Communication, Work Environment, and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Simultaneous Employee Performance. Determination coefficient results show that the R2 value is 0.766, meaning that the performance is explained by the variables Motivation, Communication, Work Environment and Organizational Commitment have a significant influence on the Performance of Employees in Perumda Warehousing and Various Businesses "Pedaringan" Surakarta. Keywords: Motivation, Communication, Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Performance.  Abstrak-Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, menguji secara empiris dan menganalisis motivasi, komunikasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan Kinerja Pegawai Perumda Pergudangan dan Aneka Usaha “Pedaringan” Kota Surakarta. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji instrumen, uji linieritas dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji regresi parsial (uji t), uji koefisien regresi (uji F) dan analisa koefisien determinasi (R2) corelation. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan sampel yang digunakan adalah pegawai Perumda Pergudangan dan Aneka Usaha “Pedaringan” Kota Surakarta sejumlah 40 responden. Hasil uji t menunjukkan variabel Motivasi, Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Perumda Pergudangan dan Aneka Usaha “Pedaringan” Kota Surakarta. Hasil uji F menunjukkan Motivasi, Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Simultan. Hasil Koefisien Determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R2 sebesar 0,766, artinya Kinerja dijelaskan oleh variabel Motivasi, Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Perumda Pergudangan dan Aneka Usaha “Pedaringan” Kota Surakarta. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja.
