Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, shopping experience, consumer assessment, and the ease of use of the Lazada online shopping application on purchasing decisions. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 225 students using the Lazada application, only 145 samples were used according to predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and is tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) program version 20. Based on the results of statistical tests, it shows that Trust, Shopping Experience, Consumer Assessment, and Ease of Use of the Lazada Online Shopping Application have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Faculty of Economics and Business, S1 Management Study Program, Muhammadiyah Metro University. Supervisor (1) YATENO, S.E.,M.M Supervisor (2) NANI SEPTIANA, S.E.,M.M The level of sales of various pure chips has increased and decreased unstable every month. This level of sales shows a picture of the perceived satisfaction. Effects of Promotion, Product Quality, Packaging Design, and Price on Purchase Decisions for MSME Products with Pure Chips in Gajah City. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires to 91 respondents who were taken using the formula from Slovin. The data analysis method used in this study is SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Science) Version 20. Data analysis was carried out using Instrument Requirements Testing, Analysis Requirements Testing and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that Promotion, Product Quality, Packaging Design, and Price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. buying the product will increase. Abstract

ABSTRACT Rizka Minda Kurniyanti, The Influence of Organizational Culture, Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the UPTD of the Kotagajah Inpatient Health Center. Supervisor (1) H. Suwarto2, S.E M.M, Fitriani2 S.E., M.M. Companies definitely need competent and qualified employees, especially in this era of globalization. All business organizations are the driving force in decisions to achieve organizational goals. Organizational development is determined by the work of HR in the organization. This study aims to determine 1) To find out whether organizational culture has an effect on employee performance. 2) To find out whether Extrinsic Motivation has an effect on employee performance. 3) To find out whether Intrinsic Motivation has an effect on employee performance. 4) To find out whether job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. 5) To find out whether organizational culture, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction together affect employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. In this study, the population of this study were employees and some students who were intern at the UPTD Inpatient Health Center Kotagajah were 84 people. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance. 2) there is a positive and significant influence between Extrinsic Motivation on employee performance. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between intrinsic motivation on employee performance 3) there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance 4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation, and job satisfaction on performance employee. keywords : Reliability, Responsiveness, Physical evidence and customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of independent variables (FDR and TATO),either partially or simultaneously on the dependent variable (NPF) in Indonesian Islamic Banks.This research includes research using quantitative methods. the type of data used is secondarydata obtained through the official website of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), namelywww.bankbsi.co.id. The data taken is seen from BSI's annual financial statements for the 2016-2020 period, from 15 BSI samples, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah, and BNISyariah. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis, with the Chow test,Lagrange multiplier test and hypothesis testing (R2test, F test, and T test), the panel dataregression estimation model used is the Common Effect Model, data processing using the Eprogram -View 9. The results of this study show that the FDR and TATO variablessimultaneously have no and significant effect on Non-performing Financing (NPF). The result ofthe coefficient of determination test (R2) is 40.62% while the remaining 59.38% is influenced byother factors outside the study. The results of the partial study of FDR have no effect and are significant on Non-performing Financing (NPF) with a t-count value of 0.389153 < t-table 2.179 and a significance value of 0.7040 which means > 0.05. and TATO has no and significant effect on Non-performing Financing (NPF) with a t-count value of 0.174297 < t-table 2.179 and a significance value of 0.6885 which means > 0.05.

Abstract

A decrease in the number of buyers causes a decrease in the value of the business. Not only that,there are some employees who tend to be very friendly, not customer oriented and someemployees still have poor performance. Not only selling in the offline market, Dhelitha Gordynalso ventured into online sales, so this study aims to identify HRM practices and work learningon employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. The research design in this study isquantitative, with 30 employees. The sampling method used a special sampling method. Whilethe research phase uses a questionnaire that is distributed to all employees who work at theDhelita Gordin store. The analytical tools used are validity, reliability, normality, linearity, andmultiple regression tests with partial t test decisions, simultaneous f, and coefficient ofdetermination. The results of the survey that some management practices and job training at apoint and at the same time if done correctly, then every employee will gradually begin tounderstand the job and its functions that can improve employee performance.
