<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Bedah sectio caesaria selalu didahului dengan reaksi emosional/ kecemasan pre operasi. Respon ketakutan dapat mempengaruhi proses anestesi/ pembiusan dan proses operasi. Terapi alternatif untuk mengatasi ketakutan yaitu teknik mengalihkan perhatian pendengaran: mendengarkan kalimat suci Al-qur'an. Efek teknik mengalihkan perhatian pendengaran: mendengarkan kalimat suci Al-qur'an untuk kecemasan pasien pra operasi untuk operasi sectio caesaria masih belum dapat dijelaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknik mengalihkan perhatian pendengaran: mendengarkan kalimat suci Al-qur'an untuk kecemasan pasien pra operasi untuk operasi sectio caesaria.Desain penelitian menggunakan satu kelompok Pra test-Post test. Populasi sebanyak 33 pasien di Rumah Sakit Wijaya Surabaya, sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi didapatkan 30 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dengan kuesioner skala HARS, analisis selanjutnya dengan uji statistik Wilcoxon Signed Ranks dengan tingkat kemaknaan p< 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan r = 0,003 yang berarti ada efek teknik mengalihkan perhatian pendengaran: mendengarkan kalimat suci Al-Qur'an terhadap kecemasan pasien pra operasi sectio caesaria.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan perawat menjelaskan pada keluarga pasien tentang teknik yang penting dari mengalihkan perhatian pendengaran: mendengarkan kalimat suci Al-Qur'an secara benar dan menerapkannya, dalam upaya menurunkan ketakutan pra beroperasi untuk operasi caesar sectio agar tidak menjadi terfokus pada penyakit untuk dioperasikan. Kata kunci: Mendengarkan Ayat Suci Al-Quran, Pra Operasi Sectio caesaria ABSTRACT Surgery of sectio cesarean is always preceded with an emotional reaction / anxieties pre operation.
