Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif bimbingan kelompok terhadap Academic Self Management peserta didik kelas X IPS 1 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X IPS 1 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 peserta didik kelas X IPS 1 yang memiliki Academic Self Management rendah dan terendah. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket Academic Self Management. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bimbingan kelompok berpengaruh positif terhadap Academic Self Management, hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil uji hipotesis yaitu diperoleh perhitungan thitung = 10,51> ttabel = 1,833 dari signifikan 0,05 dan derajat kebebasan (db = n-1=10-1=9). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa bimbingan kelompok memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Academic Self Management peserta didik kelas X IPS 1 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Metro. Ditandai dengan adanya peningkatan pada self motivation, self organization, self control, dan self development pada peserta didik. This research aims to find out the positive effect of group guidance on Academic self-management of students of class X IPS 1 of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro in 2019/2020 Academic Year. The research design used in this research is to use a quantitative experimental approach. The population in this study were students of class X IPS 1 of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro.The samples in this study were ten students of class X IPS 1 of Muhammadiyah 1 Metro who are considered to represent, who have the lower and lowest Academic Self Management. The instrument used in this study was the Academic self-management questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study was to use a hypothesis test.The results showed that the use of group guidance had a positive effect on Academic self-management, this was indicated by the results of the hypothesis test that obtained the calculation of tcount = 10.51>ttable = 1.833 from a significant 0.05 and degrees of freedom (db = n-1 = 10- 1 = 9). This research concludes that group guidance has a positive influence on Academic self-management of students in class X IPS 1 of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro. It was characterized by an increase in self-motivation, self-organization, self-control, and self-development in students.
