Abstract

In the era of Society 5.0, humans are faced with various challenges and social problemsthat take advantage of various technological innovations which were born in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. As a solution to these problems, education has an important role to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR). For this reason, the Air Force Academy (AAU) as one of the official educational institutions that prepares human resources in the military world, has an important mission to improve the quality of its education in order to prepare the cadets to face the era of Society 5.0. As the first step of education at AAU which will be taken for four years, cadets are required to be able to adapt to the military environment, which is clearly much different from their previous world. One important factor in self-adjustment is emotional intelligence. Thus, it is necessary to conduct research on the influence of emotional intelligence on the adjustment of cadets in attending education at the AAU as part of the readiness of the AAU's role to prepare Indonesian Air Force human resources in the era of society 5.0. In this study, the method used is the correlative quantitative method to see the relationship between one or several variables with other variables. Based on the research, it was found that emotional intelligence was strongly correlated with the adjustment of AAU cadets (R=0.647 and R2= 0.418). ME for both variables is included in the high level of category, with the ME value of emotional intelligence at 103.6974 and self-adjustment at 24.651. Thus, seriousness in the implementation of education and training needs more attention as capital in forming Indonesian Air Force officers who are ready to face Society 5.0.

Abstract

In order for the implementation of the academic ability basic potential development of the air dimension at AAU to be carried out efficiently, harmoniously and efficiently, a performance measurement system (SPK) design that is integrated with quality assurance is required. By using the IPMS method for the design and the AHP method for weighting, this study aims to develop a performance measurement system (SPK) in the AAU Department. From this research, 13 requirements, 25 objectives and 44 key performance indicators (KPI) can be identified which are grouped into 10 education components of Indoensian Airforce Arm Forces. The weighting results show that the curriculum criteria is the highest weight with a value of 11.52% and the lowest weight in the instruction package is 8.87%. While the largest weight of KPI is KPI NO 15B, namely the Conformity of RPS and SAP with Learning Outcomes with a value of 0.3764.

Abstract

When career women are not able to balance the two roles, they will experience a conflict known as dual role conflict. On this basis, it is necessary to analyze the relationship between Wara's dual role and work stress as educators and education personnel at the Air Force Academy as part of the readiness of the AAU's role to prepare Indonesian Air Force human resources in the era of society 5.0. The research method used in this study is a correlational quantitative method. The variables in this study are self-adjustment as the dependent variable and the dual role as the independent variable. Based on the research, it can be concluded that dual role conflict has a negative correlation with Wara AAU's work stress due to factors that can reduce work stress, namely setting a reasonable workload, task characteristics that are in accordance with Wara's nature as a woman, strong group cohesion and able to accommodate Wara's needs, as well as AAU's organizational structure and climate followed by leadership policies to provide relatively more flexible working hours, making it easier for Wara to manage carrying out her role as a housewife as well as a woman with a career.

Abstract

The Indonesian Air Force Academy Library is a facility prepared by the Indonesian Air Force Academy whose task is to carry out support for the cadets and users in every activity at the Indonesian Air Force Academy. In this case, the AAU's library also requires attention, especially in terms of care and maintenance of the facilities in the AAU's library. To find out the cadet's satisfaction with the facilities in the AAU's library, it was done by distributing questionnaires to 36 respondents to find out the actual value and the expected value received by the cadets or SERVQUAL SCORE. The measurement of cadet's satisfaction is carried out on five dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy. From the measurement results, it is known that the 5 SERVQUAL dimension values have an actual value of 6.7 and an expected value of 7.4 so that there is still a gap of -0.7 . From this gap, each attribute is grouped into four quadrants based on the priority of improvement using the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) diagram.
