Abstract

The Relationship Between Counseling Services and Emotional Intelligence and Learning Achievement in History Studies (Correlation Research for Class XI Students of Serayon 4 Private High School, Bekasi City) Thesis, Jakarta: Master of Educational Technology Study Program, As-Syafi'iyah Islamic Univiersitas. This study aims to determine the extent of the relationship between counseling guidance services and emotional intelligence both individually and collectively with the history learning achievement of students of class XI SMA. This study used a survey method with random random sampling techniques, so that the number of samples from an affordable population was 87 samples. Retrieval of learning outcomes data using learning achievement documents. Then the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and infrential analysis. Based on the results of data analysis using the SPSS application. 21, the data obtained shows that the data is normally distributed, homogeneous and linear. The average history learning achievement was 82.8, the average Counseling Service was 141.7 and emotional intelligence was 116.8. The results of statistical tests, the guidance and counseling variables have a positive relationship with the history learning achievement of class XI students. This is shown by the accepted research hypothesis as evidenced by the results of data analysis obtained by t count 6.783> t table 1.65 as well as emotional intelligence variables have a positive relationship to historical learning achievement, this is shown by the accepted research hypothesis proven by the results of data analysis obtained t count 6.151> t table 1.65. Then the multiple linear regression equation is = 0.560+ 0.97 X1 + 0.112 X2 This regression equation shows that the relationship between the two variables is positively related to the history learning achievement The conclusion of this research shows 1) There is a positive relationship between counseling guidance services and the historical learning achievement of students of class XI SMA, 2) There is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and historical learning achievement of students in class XI SMA 3) There is a positive relationship between counseling guidance services and emotional intelligence together with- the same as the history learning achievement of class XI SMA students

Abstract

This study aims 1) The differences in learning outcomes of Indonesian history between students who get learning using google classroom and those using printed media. 2) The effect of interaction between instructional media and emotional intelligence on learning outcomes of Indonesian history. 3) To find out the difference between students' learning outcomes of Indonesian history using media google classroom and those using printed media for students who have high emotional intelligence. 4) To find out the learning outcomes of Indonesian history using media based on google classroom and those using printed media for students who have low emotional intelligence. This study used an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial group design.The affordable population in this study were students of class X SMK Bina Insan Kamil Bekasi City, the sample was taken using a random sampling technique, so the sample was 64 students, consisting of 32 students for the experimental group and 32 students. for the control group. Retrieval of data using test instruments for learning outcomes and non-tests for emotional intelligence. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and infrential analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that:The learning outcomes of Indonesian history students taught using google classroom media are higher than students taught using print media. There is an influence of learning media interaction with emotional intelligence on learning outcomes of Indonesian history. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Indonesian History Study Results

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of application zoom as media e-counseling facilities for class xi students of medical laboratory engineering. This research approach uses descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were the Headmaster of the Vocational High School (SMK) Bina Husada Mandiri, homeroom teacher students class Medical Laboratory Engineering (TLM) SMK Bina Husada Mandiri, parents of class XI TLM SMK Bina Husada Mandiri, students class XI TLM SMK Bina Husada Mandiri and Counseling Guidance Teachers/ Counselor. The technique of collecting data is use observing the e-counseling process, distributing questionnaires for the effectiveness of application media Zoom, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique consists of reduction, data exposure and conclusion drawing. Based on the findings from interviewing informants, observations, and distributing questionnaires, it is concluded that the e-counseling process with Zoom media in XI grade students of the Medical Laboratory Engineering at SMK Bina Husada Mandiri school. The application is carried out once a week, the duration of the counseling is 30 minutes, the Zoom application account uses a personal account. The e-counseling stage consists of three stages, namely pre-counseling (designing and scheduling Zoom), counseling (Activating Zoom room) and post-counseling (making reports and follow-up). Then the effectiveness of Zoom media as a means of E-counseling for class XI students of the Medical Laboratory Technique at the Bina Husada Mandiri Vocational School can be concluded that it is effective as a media of e-counseling, as long as the facilities and infrastructure support and the e-counseling service program implemented is group.

Abstract

Instagram Learning Media Development Based on Infographic on Essay Writing Subject at English Major The ADDIE method was used in this development research (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This study was carried out to determine the viability of learning media on Instagram. The steps in this research are analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation to measure feasibility, with validation the of test instrument, validation test material expert, validation test material expand validation test media expert students' responses as research subjects used questionnaires. The data was analyzed using the qualitative descriptive technique. This learning media is feasible to use, according to media experts, with a score of 78%. This learning medium is 100% feasible to use, according to the material expert. Based on the research subject's responses, this learning media is usable with an 80% score. The questions were 94% appropriate for the experts, according to the instrument validator. Based on these results, it is possible to conclude that learning media Instagram based on infographics is usable. Keywords: Instgaram, Infographic, Writing, ADDIE method.
