Abstract

Covid-19 is a problem that has not been resolved for three years. The implementation of the health protocol is one of the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, especially in public facilities where this is a place where people gather. The purpose of the study was to find out the description of the application of health protocols in public facilities. Method: This type of quantitative descriptive research. The study was conducted in public facilities in the DKI Jakarta, Riau, North Sumatra and surrounding areas in June-August 2021. The population of all public facilities with a sample of 40 public facilities. Result: Based on the results of the study, it was still found that public facilities had no warnings for the dangers of COVID-19 (55%), no hand sanitiser (60%) and nobody temperature measuring device (53%), no call for the social distancing of (53%). 60%) and cleaning with disinfectant was not carried out (64%). Some visitors did not wear masks (51%). Managers of public facilities were found not to take body temperature measurements (65%), there was no restriction on the number of visitors (70%). Conclusion: Implementing health protocols requires awareness and cooperation from all parties, not only the Government. Therefore, be aware and continue to educate the public regarding the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 to reduce the number of cases and carry out normal activities.

Abstract

Peserta JKN adalah semua orang, termasuk orang asing yang telah bekerja di Indonesia lebih dari 6 bulan dan sudah membayar iuran, termasuk peserta PBI dan peserta bukan PBI. Pada November 2021 BPJS mencatat bahwa Peserta Jaminan kesehatan Nasional sebanyak 229,51 juta orang. Secara keseluruhan, masyarakat Indonesia yang mengikuti program JKN sebanyak 83,89% sedangkan masyarakat yang belum terdaftar di Program tersebut sebanyak 16, 11%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam JKN. Penelitian menggunakan metode literatur review dengan database Google Scholar terbitan 5 tahun terakhir (2018-2022). Terdapat lima penelitian yang mengatakan bahwa pengetahuan memiliki hubungan dengan keikusertaan masyarakat dalam Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab rendahnya keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam JKN. Masyarakat belum memahami dan menyadari pentingnya JKN. Penyebab pengetahuan masyarakat masih minim mengenai JKN karena kurangnya sosialisasi yang dilakukan mengenai prosedur pendaftaran, penggunaan iuran, manfaat JKN dan besaran biaya.

Abstract

PHBS adalah suatu kumpulan praktek perilaku atas dasar kesadaran dari hasil pembelajaran yang menjadikan seseorang keluarga, kelompok, atau masyarakat dapat menolong dirinya sendiri secara mandiri dalam bidang kesehatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat adalah Ceramah dan Tanya Jawab. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat karena ketika penyuluhan pemateri memberikan motivasi sehingga masyarakat terdorong untuk menjaga kebersihan. Jika PHBS masyarakat tidak terjaga maka akan menimbulkan berbagai penyakit seperti diabetes, penyakit jantung, stroke, sindrome metabolik mencakup tekanan darah tinggi, gula darah tinggi, kelebihan lemak tubuh, dan kadar kolesterol yang tidak normal. Penyuluhan berlangsung selama 30 menit kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab. Dengan dilakukan penyuluhan ini akan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat dalam meningkatkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat. Sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami mengenai PHBS Seperti tidak mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun, membuang sampah disembarang tempat. Penyuluhan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat berjalan dengan baik, dihadiri 35 orang. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya menjaga Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat.

Abstract

The main results of the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas), the prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia is 34.1%. This is an increase compared to the 2013 Riskesdas prevalence of hypertension, which was 25.8%. This figure is quite high which makes Indonesia's percentage ranked 5th most cases of hypertension in the world. The prevalence of hypertension in North Sumatra reaches 5.52% of the total population in North Sumatra. While the prevalence of hypertension in Medan City is 4.97%. Based on data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2018), the prevalence of hypertension according to sex where the prevalence of women with hypertension is 36.85% and men are 31.34%. In this case the prevalence of women is greater than men. Based on data from the health profile of North Sumatra Province, the prevalence of high blood pressure in 2019 was dominated by men (32.28%) higher than women (31.68%). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between smoking behavior and the incidence of hypertension in Saentis Village. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design with the aim of knowing the relationship between smoking behavior and the incidence of hypertension.
