Abstract

Theassignment problem is one part of a linear program which generallyincludes n tasks that must be assigned to m workers, each of whom hasdifferent competencies in carrying out tasks. The Hungarian method isone method that can be used to solve this problem. The purpose of thisstudy is to optimize employee assignments in terms of minimumoperational time in completing work using the Hungarian method.From the results of research using the Hungarian method, timeefficiency is obtained as much as 8 hours if employees in deliveringgoods on the NugrahaEkakurir (JNE) route are placed by the company,namely Ferdi assigned to Medan Tuntungan, Ichsan assigned to MedanSelayang, Riki was assigned to Medan Amplas, Fitriadi assigned toMedan Johor, Irvan was assigned to Delitua, Suryadi was assigned toPatumbak, Edward was assigned to PancurBatu, Citradi was assigned toKutalimbaru, Audi was assigned to Medan Baru and Widiyanto wasassigned to Sunggal.

Abstract

The existence of shortages and excesses of production raw materials often occurs in the NR Brownies company where this situation greatly influences the smooth production process, especially in the supply of raw materials which results in sub-optimal expenditure costs. The aim of this research is to find solution how to prevent companies from experiencing these problems on a regular basis which results in less than optimal spending costs. In overcoming this problem, the Material Requirement Planning method is applied, this method is expected to minimize expenditure costs so that the benefits obtained are more optimal. From the research results, the Material Requirement Planning Method for EOQ calculations produces the minimum costs for sugar and oil raw materials of 18.295.130 and 19.591.230 respectively, while the POQ calculation produces the minimum costs for raw materials 14.839.500 for flour, 15.450.000 for eggs, 1.356.650 for cocoa flour, and 2.504.387 for baking powder.

Abstract

VRP distributions have had difficulty overcoming the problem of finding channels with minimal depots to locations that have different places with different total demand. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problem of transportation routes in the distribution of products obtained from the initial location of distribution to users. This type of research is qualitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Nusa Persada Concrete Creations. The Nearest Neighbor method is used to determine the distribution of routes. The Local Search method is carried out to evaluate and improve the distribution of routes carried out at the beginning with the Nearest Neighbors method. The data analysis process consists of several stages with the Nearest Neighbor method and the LocalSearch method. The results of the study, namely the Model Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) applied in determining ready mix delivery routes at PT. Nusapersada Concrete Creation using nearest and local neighbor methods. Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) models using nearest and local neighbor methods can be used applied in determining ready mix delivery routes to limited companies. Nusapersada Concrete Creations. This makes distance and time more effective, as well as more cost efficient. New routes generated This is a route improvement solution that PT. The application of the Nusapersada Concrete Creations model results in a new route that reduces the distance closer, faster completion time, and fuel cost savings for truck vehicles compared to the initial route. This makes distance and time more effective, as well as more cost efficient.
