Abstract

Education is an important requirement for every country in general and schools in particular. What's more is religious education, where parents play an important role in education Early. Thus the first form of education is present in family life. Education is nothing but emphasizing the concept of Islamic education which makes the problem of servitude to God and obedience to Him the axis of all life. It should also be noted that children's physical education is an inseparable part of mental, mental, and personal education. The task of parents in educating children from childhood will introduce children to the existence of their god, who makes and manages the universe, understands who the prophet is, and understands their religion, so that they understand and understand the duty to live in this world is to worship God alone with following the sunnah of His Messenger. It is clear, that Islam teaches them to carry out their children's education, which is based on the view that children as creatures who are growing and developing towards maturity, have basic skills that are dynamic and responsive to external influences and themselves. Abstract

This paper aims to discuss about hadis classifiedas da’if by al-Bani in his book Da’if Adabul Mufrad al- Imam Bukhari based on hadis analysis about basic necessities of husband to his family, as stated in hadis 96 no 115. This hadis is classified as hadis mauquf because al-Rajul referred to Sahabi, when the writer traced the hadis based on simultaneous analysis, this hadis classified as hadis dha’if by al-Bani is absolutely correct. The hadis text is not considered shad or contradicted to the history ofthe Quran. So It is s ahihul matan. Abstract

Legality Derived from the word "legal" which means legal, valid according to law. While legality itself is legitimacy, legality. So "Legality" can be interpreted as a legitimacy or validity of a law based on State Law or the ideological source of a group. M. Quraish Shihab's interpretation process in legalizing the "Merry Christmas" greeting using QS. Maryam 33 through several methods including, using "Dalalah Lafadz 'Am, Syaddud dzaraI', and the rules of Maqashidul Lafdzi fiqh 'Ala Niatil Lafidz". With the latter method he interprets who is allowed or not to say "Merry Christmas". Like other contemporary commentators in interpreting the Qur'an, he also considers harmony and harmony between religious communities. None of the classical and contemporary scholars have stated that it is permissible to say "Merry Christmas" by saying that it has been approved by Al-Qur'an. The Qur'an is even recommended using the QS argument. Maryam verse 33 as used by M. Quraish Shihab in legalizing the saying. Ulama' who allow it only consider this as a form of "Mujamalah and Muhasanah" only. Because it is seen from the interpretation of the verse that none of the scholars interprets that the verse is a verse that approves the greeting of Merry Christmas, and also by looking at the history of the "Christmas" celebration.
