Abstract

The false eyelash industry in Purbalingga has penetrated international market and become an import commodity, so entrepreneurs innovate to expand their business with industrial plasma systems. Workers from the plasma of the industry almost entirely are women who have been family and are on the line of poverty, this is encouraging to the emergence of the problem of family functioning one of them in the village Grantung. This research aims to obtain a empirical overview of 1) the characteristics of respondents; 2) connection aspects; 3) asset aspect; and 4) environmental aspects. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Determination of the sample number of respondents using the survey technique is the entire population of 25 women laborers plasma false eyelash industry. The data collection techniques used are 1) questionnaires and 2) documentation studies. The results showed that the functioning aspect of the respondent family was in a less good category – quite well, with the lowest aspect being the connection aspect having a score of 531. While the other aspect, the asset aspect has a score of 733, the relationship aspect has a score of 715, and the environmental aspect has a score of 562. However, the low functioning of the respondent's family is due to the low level of education and skill and the absence of the Assembly that advocates for the welfare of respondents. Therefore, to address the problem, researchers proposed the program “Perhimpunan Srikandi Perwira dalam Peningkatan Keberfungsian Keluarga Buruh Wanita Plasma Industri Bulu Mata Palsu di Desa Grantung Kecamatan Karangmoncol Kabupaten Purbalingga”, which aims to improve the functioning of the family and welfare workers of women Plasma industry false eyelashes.

Abstract

Perception is the process of recognizing an object using by the five senses in the form of knowledge, experience of an object and then provide an assessment to the object. Perception of recipient of contribution assistance family to social security agency (BPJS) health policies in Cileunyi Village Cileunyi Wetan District of Bandung Regency refers to three aspects 1) knowledge 2) assessment and 3) experience to be studied. The method in this research is quantitative method, using simple random sampling technique to 78 respondents from recipient of contribution assistance. Data collection techniques using questionnaire, documentation and observation studies. The test of measuring instrument validity using the face validity and reliability test using Cronbach alpha. The analysis of data using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The results was showed an aspect of the high category that aspect of the experience aspect and the other two aspects show enough or medium category, but one of them has the lowest actual score that is the knowledge aspect. The average value obtained from all aspects with the actual score 244.16 from the ideal score 312. The proposed program is the socialization of the service guide and rules for participants BPJS to improve knowledge of recipient of contribution assistance family in the Cileunyi Wetan Village Cileunyi District of Bandung Regency and using Community Organization and Community Development Organization (COCD) method with a campaign technique.

Abstract

The large number of micro-entrepreneurs amid high poverty rates has encouraged research with the aim of finding and developing models of micro-enterprise assistance in Bogor Regency and Banjar City, with problematic subs: (1) Problems and potential for micro-enterprises; (2) The initial model for micro business assistance; and (3) The final model of micro business assistance. The method used is research and development with a quantitative and qualitative approach to descriptive statistical analysis, using the Accidental Sampling Technique to produce a main sample of 91 respondents and a supporting sample of 12 informants. Micro business problems include: capital with an index of 0.73; marketing with an index of 0.58; raw materials with an index of 0.64; technology with an index of 0.62; Management with an index of 0.68; Bureaucracy with an index of 0.50; infrastructure with an index of 0.55; partners/business networks with an index of 0.71. Potential to reach index 0.88. The initial model of mentoring includes planning; general data identification; excavation and deepening of problems; and follow up. The conclusions of the study: (1) the number of problems and the potential for micro-enterprises and assistance is higher in Bogor Regency than in Banjar City; (2) the development model for micro business assistance includes: preparation of a work plan; build relationships; identification and analysis of problems and assistance needs; draw up a solution plan; implementation of solutions; monitoring and evaluation; termination; further guidance.
