Abstract

The level of competition among universities in Indonesia is in a very competitive one. Each univesity tries to attract new student to choose which university to continue their educational program. This level of competition makes all universities in Indonesia promote themselves and try to develop program and facilities as well as possible. Bunda Mulia University (BMU) has taken a very smart strategy to anticipate this competition by providing E-leaning (Electronic Learning) program or it is better known BM-learning (Bunda Mulia learning). They are many components involved in this program. The most important components of e-learning program are the system, lecturers and students. To increase E-learning facilities, BMU need to put lecturers and students satisfaction on the first priority. In this research, the writer tries to find out the level of satisfaction from lecturers and students who have been involved in e-learning program. The result of this research could be use as an input for the management of Bunda Mulia University.Keywords : satisfaction level, lecturers & students, e-learning

Abstract

AbstractEffectivities of the promotions have always become a hot issue in marketing field. Several marketers don’t measures the effectiveness of the campaign result. Experiences proved for the decreased of using some traditional method in the campaign activity such as commercial advertisement in electronic media. Marketers prefer to choose the application of other promotion methods. Integrated Media Communication (IMC) is the application of the total campaign tools as an integrated method that has been chosen nowadays. The goal of the IMC is to strengthen the company position in every part of the Product Life Cycle (PLC). Begin with the product development, introduction, growth, maturity and decline. How to understand the period of the acceptance from customers in term of a new product development or a product improvement. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif kausal yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Alat pengumpulan data mengunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya yang disebarkan kepada pegawai di Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia. Populasi yang diteliti pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang menjadikan semua populasi sebagai sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Disiplin Kerja berpengairuh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, sedangkan Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengairuh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia.
