Abstract

In order to widespread the best quality of education in elementary education from preliminary to elementary school, it is important to develop the management of education substantion. The aspects of management education substatntion are: 1) curriculum, 2) the student, 3) the teachers, 4) education facilities, 5) education financing, 6) public relation. This paper discussing only 3 aspects, are: 1) development of curriculum which relates to the basic program of children learning for the 0-12 years old, 2) development of students which relates to effective learning process in order to develop children potential for the preliminary and elementary school year age equally, 3) development of teachers which relates to the teachers capabilities in preliminary and elementary years old. Those three aspects is strengthened by al-Qur`an perspective.Keywords: Management substantion, elementary education

Abstract

Supervised learning approach directive is part of the supervision of development (developmental supervision). This approach is based on the fact, that basically the process of supervision is a learning process where the supervision took the role of teacher, in the sense of supervisors berperana as teachers, and teachers as students of a learning relationship to other learning. The bottom line is that this approach should examine important elements in the next stage of development of teachers to use in establishing a relationship and approach to supervision, where supervisors work together with teachers. This is done, because of differences in the characteristics of the study (teacher). The differences of these characteristics is closely related to two important elements of the effectiveness of teacher professionalism in performing their duties, namely the commitment and ability to think abstraks. Supervision of this developmental approach do not see each approach (directive, collaborative, and non-directive) as a stand-alone approach and-separated, but rather something that is intact in a continuum. Supervision was developed from the directive so as to achieve nondirektif and simultaneously also membelajarkan teachers.

Abstract

In facing the complexity of life, the process and the education system are not free from some problems such as political problem, economic problem social problem, cultural problem, and religious problem. The choices of functions which are given priority depend on the outcome of the interaction process and the education system with its environment. Facing the reality, the important thing to notice is to restore the initial orientation of the Islamic education itself, namely by providing emancipatory liberation or a mission for every human being. So with the education, people are able to realize the ideal of the Islamic education namely being a man of Muslim plenary.

Abstract

Value is a conviction or believes that become the basic for a person or a group of person to choose their action, or appraise something meaningful or something unmeaning for their live.  This interpretation means that value is a characteristic attributed to something related to subject (human as the provider of value). Social values in social science education in elementary school (SD/MI) can be applied trough role playing. Role playing is learning processes in which the students do something have done by other people. That other people maybe is a president, ministry, prominent figure of society, law official, teachers, the owner of other professions, officials, or even the ordinary people. The important thing from this learning process is that students try to think, feel the emotion, and act not as their own self but as others. By occupy and inspire the role, students are going to understand why such kind of action should be done, what kind of value underlying that consideration, and how the object people face that kind of situation.
