Abstract

The acceptance of new information technology-based islamic students at the Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo Situbondo Islamic Boarding School still needs assistance because not all of the human resources who are assigned to the committee for new santri have expertise in the field of information technology. Implementation of assistance using Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) with the aim that all parties play an active role in analyzing and solving problems. Based on the problems faced since the implementation of new islamic students admissions in 2017, the mentoring facilitators then took the initiative to conduct a discussion forum to reconsider and build idealism between policy makers and users regarding the new santri acceptance model using information technology. The facilitator provides an overview of the system that is running, and explains the weak points and what should be developed in what parts. Then the leaders and policy holders as well as users in the field were asked to convey what they had in mind regarding the implementation of the acceptance of new students. From here comes the absorption of aspirations from the musyawirin present at the forum, this is what is expected from the implementation of PRA, namely encouraging the community to take part in making improvements and analyzing the development of the implementation of new santri admissions and providing input in system development to suit the direction of development.

Abstract

Artificial AlgaeAlgorithm (AAA) is an optimization algorithm that has advantages of swarm algorithm model and evolution model. AAA consists of three phases of helical movement phase, reproduction, and adaptation. Helical movement is a three-dimensional movement with the direction of x, y, and z which is very influential in the rate of convergence and diversity of solutions. Helical motion optimization aims to increase the convergence rate by moving the algae to the best colony in the population. Algae Algorithm Optimization (AAA ') was tested with 25 objective functions of CEC'05 and implemented in case of pressure vessel design optimization. The results of the CEC'05 function test show that there is an increase in convergence rate at AAA ', but at worst condition of AAA' becomes less stable and trapped in local optima. The complexity analysis shows that AAA has the complexity of O (M3N2O) and AAA 'has the complexity of O (M2N2O) with M is the number of colonies, N is the number of algae individuals, and O is the maximum of the evaluation function. The results of the implementation of pressure vessel design optimization show that AAA's execution time increased 1,103 times faster than AAA. The increase in speed is due to the tournament selection process in AAA performed before the helical motion, whereas in AAA 'is done if the solution after movement is no better than before. At its best, AAA 'found a solution 4.5921 times faster than AAA. At worst, AAA 'stuck on local optima because helical movement is too focused on global best that is not necessarily global optima.

Abstract

Al Quran is the guidance of all Muslims all over the world, including Indonesian society that most of the people are moslem. the purpose of this research is to help the society for seeking the quranic proposition in the free question forms or more often known Question Answering System (QAS). In this study the algorithm used to provide the answers is Rule Based. Rule Based on previous research by indexing documents using lucene with the same set of data and same category (Who, When, and Where) getting low accuracy result (60%, 60%, and 40%). In this research, the improvement of architecture by involving Named Entity Recognition (NER) and improvement of indexing and determination of candidate answer using Vector Space Model. The results of the improved architecture are proven increased accuracy with each accuracy of each category of 90%, 80%, and 50%.

Abstract

Services to customers that have not been optimal with the implementation of the note-taking model, recording and making reports to the leadership that are still often a complaint for officers is the forerunner to this research. To overcome the problem that was complained about, then carried out steps that could help facilitate the service in the garbage bank. The solution offered is with the Client Server Design of Sukorejo Refuse Bank Application, so that services to customers can be done effectively and efficiently and can report quickly enough. With the service model that has been assisted by the application of the refuse bank, it is expected that it can also help improve the performance of officers. So that the process of designing this system is more directed, then the system development model is used with the waterfall method. The use of this method is chosen based on the consideration of the scope of application that only interacts within the internal Sukorejo refuse bank itself, therefore it is chosen because the scope of the application is still small scale. This system will be built with the Client Server by considering that one computer unit is reserved for the server and the other can be used as a workstation or client. This application will be created using Visual Basic 2010 and the MySQL database. With this system, it can reduce the problems in the refuse bank, so that the garbage bank can provide better service.

Abstract

The preparation of an annual supervisory work program (PKPT) requires a long process in order to get good and accurate results, because the process is done semi-computerized, which still involves a lot of staff in the Inspectorate. This makes the PKPT formulation process less effective and efficient. So that the supervisory work program that should have been able to be carried out quickly became constrained because of the long process in its preparation. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to design an application that can help facilitate the preparation of an annual monitoring work program with the waterfall method, making it easier for the inspectorate to determine audit objects and the implementation of supervision of predetermined objects. Based on the tests carried out, it was found that the application feasibility was 93%. From the results of these tests, this application can help make it easier for the inspectorate to provide an assessment of the level of risk, determine supervision plans and assignments to be more effective and efficient. So that efforts to become Good Governance and Clean Governance can be realized properly.

Abstract

Presensi merupakan sesuatu yang penting karena mempunyai pengaruh terhadap gaji karyawan dan produktivitas lembaga. Proses presensi di lembaga saat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model konvensional dengan menandatangani lembar presensi, yang kemudian hasil rekapitulasinya digunakan sebagai perhitungan gaji karyawan. Pengisian presensi tersebut kadang dilakukan menjelang akhir bulan, sehingga tingkat validitasnya berkurang, bahkan kesalahan dalam melakukan rekap presensi menjadi penyebab tidak sesuainya gaji karyawan. Hal tersebut juga mengakibatkan revisi berkepanjangan jika ditemukan setelah proses permohonan pencairan keuangan bulanan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dirasa sangat penting untuk membangun sistem informasi untuk menangani presensi dan penggajian karyawan agar lebih efektif dan efisien dengan memanfaatkan QR Code dan geolokasi. Metode Waterfall dengan tahapan communication, planning, modelling, construction, dan deployment menjadi pilihan utama dalam penelitian ini. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem aplikasi yang membantu meiningkatkan efisiensi proses presensi dan penentuan gaji karyawan, sehingga dapat mempercepat dan memudahkan dalam proses pengajuan pencairan keuangan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan fitur yang disediakan dalam sistem sudah mengakomodir kebutuhan pengguna, sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku dan dinyatakan valid.

Abstract

SMA Ibrahimy Sukorejo merupakan sekolah swasta yang berada dalam tetorial Yayasan Pondok Pesantren terbesar yang berada di Timur Pulau Jawa Yaitu Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Sukorejo berdiri Tepat pada tanggal 23 April 1981. Di sekolah tersebut dalam mengelola data dan peminjaman sarana prasarana masih dengan cara manual yaitu dengan pencatatan di buku. Pengelolaan Sarana Prasarana dan Peminjaman dengan cara seperti ini menyebabkan kurang maksimalnya dalam pengelolaan. Oleh karna itu, Sarana Prasarana yang berpindah tempat maupun barang yang di pinjam sulit di ketahui keberadaannya. Dengan Sistem Informasi Berbasis website dengan metode waterfall, karena metode ini tahapan dan juga langkah demilangkah yang dilalui harus diselesaikan satu per satu (tidak dapat meloncat ke tahap berikutnya)dan berjalan secara berurutan, oleh karena itu di sebut waterfall (Air Terjun), seperti layaknya sebuah air terjun. untuk mempermudah dalam pengumpulan data maka digunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sistem Informasi berbasis web ini di implementasikan dengan bahasa pemerograman PHP, dan basis data MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan data. Dari Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Pendataan dan Peminjaman Sarana Prasarana pada SMA Ibrahimy Sukorejo berbasis web.

Abstract

The presence in the institution still uses the conventional method of affixing a signature on the attendance sheet. Presences that have been carried out so far are felt to be less effective and efficient because sometimes attendance is filled towards the end of the month, which causes the validity of attendance data to be questioned. Even errors are often found in the recording, which causes the nominal to be inappropriate and must be revised. This research aimed to design an information system using the Quick Response Code to increase the effectiveness of employee attendance and payroll, supported by geolocation, to make it more efficient. The method used in this research was the waterfall method, using the stages of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. This research produced an information system that could make it easier for employees to attend, speed up determining employee salaries and filing financial disbursements, and increase employee presence and salary validity. The test results showed that 90% said they were satisfied with the performance of the system being built.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method in determining the category of recipients of direct cash assistance in Ketowan village, Arjasa district, Situbondo regency. From the data set consisting of 50 entries, 34 entries were deemed eligible for assistance, while 16 other entries were deemed unfit. Researchers used six criteria to assess eligibility for receiving assistance, including housing conditions, income, employment, number of dependents, recent education, and status. The process of implementing the KNN method resulted in the parameter value K=5, with 38 data considered feasible and 12 data considered ineligible. This method is expected to help decision making in the allocation of village funds to minimize data errors and improve the effectiveness of social assistance programs at the village level.
