Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan kegiatan mempengaruhi orang lain supaya mereka dapat bekerja sama mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan, dan bukan hanya jabatan semata yang memberi kualifikasi kepada seorang supaya memimpin bahkan lebih dari itu, bahwa kepemimpinan adalah kesanggupan yang dimiliki oleh seseorang untuk mempengaruhi pendapat, sikap, dan tingkah laku orang lain. Keberadaan Pemimpin sangat dibutuhkan dalam mendukung kegiatan proses aktifitas di setiap organisasi, Berdasarkan pada tujuan penelitian tersebut, maka dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode analisi linier berganda, metode ini di pilih karena dapat menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, motivasi dan pelatihan kerja terhadap  Kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa kepemimpinan secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat positif terhadap kinerja pegawai komisi informasi Kepri, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung sebesar  51,2 % dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 (0, 2 % ), sedangkan untuk nilai t hitung pelatihan mempunyai penagruh dengan tinggkat ke dua dengan nilai 43,7 % dengan nilai signifikan 0,020 ( 2 % ), sedangkan untuk Motivasi memiliki  nilai t hitung 42,1 % dengan nilai signifikan 0,75 ( 7,5 % ), selanjutkan secara simultan kepemimpinan dan pelatihan serta motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai komisi Informasi Kepri, hai ini ditunjukkan nilai F hitung sebesar 63,933 nilai F table 2.90,  Artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan pelatihan  secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dengan demikian disarankan kepada pimpinan dan sekretaris untuk dapat memberikan kepemimpinanya dengan berlaku  adil dan tidak diskriminatif. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Pelatihan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

During the current period the state of competition is increasingly proliferated and become more intense in the fast food business developments. Each company should be able to create a viable strategy in following the competition. The strategy is not only done on price or promotion, but the quality of service that can satisfy the customer when the service was done. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents question the method of distributing the questionnaire. This study shows that the results of the structural model I, direct sale and service quality has a significant relationship with customer satisfaction. Structural II directly on price, promotion and customer satisfaction significantly influence customer loyalty and indirectly through Customer Satisfaction Service Quality significant effect on customer loyalty. The value of R Square = 0.768 indicates that Price, Promotion, Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty of 76.8% while the remaining 23.2% was contributed by other factors outside of the study. The conclusion from this research, either directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction service quality variables more significant effect on customer loyalty of the variable Price and Promotion. The implication of this research is need for increased promotion and price policyKeywords: Pricing, Promotion, Service Quality, Satisfaction, Loyalty, Customer.

Abstract

Hearing the word smartphone technology may not seem foreign to some people, on the other hand, for certain people something is rarely used by the technology in it. The application in this smartphone itself is an existing facility on Android that allows users to be able to use it. Among the applications that can improve English skills are Hangman Game, Simon Says and Word Match. There are several games that can later be loaded to increase the user's skills. Given the importance and good use value of smartphone technology, it is necessary to introduce it to the community through community service programs, in this case the community that is deemed necessary at this time is the law office of Agus-Rio & Partners. Jl. Trans Barelang, Taman Cipta Asri II Block Boulevard A-12 with the target of participants being employees and the Taman Asri housing community. It is also undeniable that the use of smartphone technology is important. Where Law and Human Rights Offices are not only related to assistance within the country but also sometimes receive legal aid services outside the country such as Singapore and Malaysia. As is well known, certain activities at the Law Office require the presence of many participants, including employees and cooperating parties. It is hoped that through training on the use of smartphone technology this can become a platform for the basis for honing their English language skills.
