Abstract

This study discusses the role of Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) in Improving Quality of Life Society this study. 1) How PKK build motivation and cooperation in a program, 2) How PKK role in building the quality of life in Rinding Allo Village. The purpose of this research is to build unity or cooperation PKK in memberian motivation to villagers and to improve the quality of life in business opportunities. The benefits of this research is the academic benefits, to broaden the village PKK in improving women, also can be used as material for further research relating to the role of the PKK problem, especially in human resource development. Benefits Practice, as a material to further understanding of the role of the PKK in improving the quality of the village and provide additional knowledge to the PKK in the implementation of programs and the Role of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) in Improving Quality of Life Community in Rinding Allo Village, North Luwu. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using primary and secondary data sources. Primary data is an object or original documents or also the raw material of the perpetrators. Data collected from the actual situation when the event occurred, and secondary data is data obtained indirectly. In this case the data obtained from books, personal documents, family data from the village, journals or other articles related to this research.

Abstract

This study proposes an idea to analyze how the role of Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Corporate Image in building Customer Loyalty at PT. Bank Central Asia KCU Makassar. This research uses the method quantitative with multiple linear analysis using 100 samples. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality variable (X1), Customer Satisfaction (X2), Company Image (X3) have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on Customer Loyalty because it has a probability value of 0.000 0.05. While the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) obtained is 0.937. This means that 93.7% of customer loyalty can be explained by the three dependent variables, while the remaining 6.3% of customer loyalty is influenced by other variables. This research contributes directly theoretically to the progress or development of understanding of the phenomenon of loyalty for the banking world in Indonesia and empirically able to make an active contribution to the banking and marketing team in managing loyalty and retaining customers. Further tracing and further research is needed by using a wider variety of research approaches, additions and changes to sampling techniques and adding other new variables. which is thought to also affect the formation of customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine public knowledge about the shopping movement at neighboring stalls. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive statistical analysis approach. This research was conducted in Pong Samelung village by taking the population of Pong Samelung villagers. The sample to be used in this study amounted to 30 sources. The data collection technique was done by interview. The data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, display, and verification. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) 24% of the respondents did not know about the shopping movement at the neighboring stalls, and 76% of the respondents knew of the movement; 2) Benefits when shopping at neighboring stalls: a) saving 14% more expenses; b) friendship and closer relationship 67%; and c) assisting the economic circulation of 19% neighbors.

Abstract

This study discusses motivation and decision-making to start a small business (a case study of a community in North Belopa District, Luwu Regency). The formulation of the problem in this study is whether motivation influences the decision making of starting a small business in North Belopa District. The purpose of this researchTo knowdoes motivation affect the decision making of starting a small business in North Belopa District, Luwu Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population is small business actors in North Belopa District, totaling 450 people. Part of the population is used as a sample. Withdrawal of samples with simple random technique, collecting data with a questionnaire. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 15. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between motivation in decision making. This is evidenced by the value tcount =5,605> ttable = 1.664 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. These results are consistent with the hypothesis (H1) which states that there is an influence between motivation and decision making. The effect of motivation on decision making is 21.5%. The implications based on the research results obtained in the community in North Belopa District, Luwu Regency in this study are for the people of North Belopa District to always increase their business motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkap kepemimpinan strategis seorang Datu Luwu ke-15 Patiarase sekaligus mengungkap manajemen dan pengelolaan kedatuannya. Studi ini adalah penelitian pustaka dengan memilih metode penelitian kualitatif dengan Historical Research atau pendekatan sejarah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dalam pengelolaan manajemen strategi oleh Datu Luwu Patiarase dilakukan dengan membangun semacam pola yang bergerak secara sirkular mulai dari cita-cita kedatuan (visi dan misi) sampai kepada Ruang adat. Model negara Luwu' dalam perspektif manajemen strategis berupaya menghubungkan hubungan hierarkis yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk 'Rumah' dengan bentuk Payung kerajaan yang simetris, dimana pola manajerialnya menggunakan 5 pedoman dan aturan dalam rangkaian manajerial pemerintahan Datu Luwu Patiarase dalam membangun yakni Ade’, Bicara, Rapang, Paseng, dan Wari. Konsep manajerial Datu luwu ini dikenal juga prinsip-prinsip dasar kepemimpinan strategis Datu Luwu yaitu adele’ (adil), lempu’ (jujur) dan getteng (teguh), dan 5 elemen manajerial kepemimpinan strategis Datu Luwu Pattiarase yaitu : Pattupui ri ade’, Mupansanrei ri syarae, Muattangnga ri rapangnge,Mupattarettei ri warie, Mualai peppe gau ri pabiasangnge. Hasil studi ini berkontribusi langsung secara secara teoritis kepada kajian manajerial yang menyandarkannya pada kajian sejatrah dankearifan lokal. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan dengan metode historiografi saja Dibutuhkan penelitian lanjutan dengan mengakomodasi metodologi yang lebih beragam untuk memungkinkan dilakukan penggambaran yang lebih kompleks dan perbandingan literatur.
