Abstract

Background: principles embedded in academic integrity must be obeyed by students. However, in the field there are still many students who commit fraud or dishonesty in the academic environment. Globally there is also academic dishonesty committed by prospective teachers, students and others. students who tend to do dishonesty in the academic field will tend to do dishonesty in the world of work. Objective: to understand and describe academic integrity in students. Subject: 12 students. Method: descriptive-qualitative phenomenology approach, data collection using semi-structured interviews. Results: the research shows that students strongly uphold academic integrity values, with various understandings they express that integrity is a form of student responsibility and informants also explain the problems of academic integrity that are often encountered, many of students still commit academic cheating and the most often is breaking a norm of honesty, many of the students are still cheating on exams, doing plagiarism and so on. Conclusion: by instilling the value of self-integrity in the academic environment, students are able to become good personal and mature for the future and become professional in their fields.

Abstract

Continuity of care dalam kebidanan adalah serangkaian kegiatan peladenan yang berkelanjutan dan menyeluruh mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, pelayanan bayi baru lahir serta pelayanan keluarga berencana yang menghubungkan kebutuhan kesehatan perempuan khususnya dan keadaan pribadi setiap individ. Buku KIA merupakan alat komunikasi dan media informasi yang digunakan oleh tenaga kesehatan, keluarga dan Ibu hamil sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan buku KIA dengan Penerapan Continuity of Care (COC) pada Pelayanan Kebidanan pada Masa Nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Tebat Kabupaten Lahat Tahun 2023. Desain penelitian menggunakan Survey Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua ibu nifas yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Tebat berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar checklist. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dan analisa bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan penggunaan buku KIA dengan Penerapan Continuity of Care (COC) pada Pelayanan Kebidanan pada Masa Nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Tebat Kabupaten Lahat Tahun 2023 (p value = 0,021). Diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan oleh bidan dalam menerapkan Continuity of care (CoC) pada masa nifas serta dapat memberikan informasi kepada ibu tentang buku KIA.

Abstract

The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) was one of the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) targets to reduce the maternal mortality rate (MMR) to 70 per 100,000 live births in 2030. Factors influencing the implementation of Continuity of Care (CoC) during pregnancy included age, education, parity, employment, health insurance, family support, income, and distance. This study aimed to determine the factors related to the implementation of Continuity of Care with Completeness of Examinations during Pregnancy in the Work Area of the Makarti Jaya Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in 2023. The research design used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was third-trimester pregnant women who came to check their pregnancies at the Makarti Jaya Health Center, Banyuasin Regency, totaling 86 people. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling with a total sample of 86 respondents. Data collection was done using a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis used the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that there is a relationship between education (p-value = 0.011), parity (p-value = 0.026), and husband support (p-value = 0.042) with the completeness of examinations during pregnancy for pregnant women in the Working Area of the Makarti Jaya Health Center, Banyuasin Regency, in 2023. It is hoped that the results of This research can be an illustration for the health center to be able to further increase the visits of pregnant women in their working areas by providing information to pregnant women about the schedule and benefits of pregnancy checks.
