Abstract

Artikel ini membahas terjadinya peningkatan angka pengangguran akibat dampak pandemi covid 19. Pertumbuhan kasus covid 19 mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional bahkan Indonesia masuk kedalam resesi. Dalam artikel ini kita bisa mengetahui seberapa besar pengangguran yang disebabkan dengan adanya pandemi covid 19 dan bagaimana pertumbuhan kasus covid 19 yang terjadi di Indonesia. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan penelitian kepustakaan. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dampak pandemi covid 19 sudah jelas sangat memperngaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi indonesia. Peningkatan pengangguran merupakan imbas dari pemberlakuan PSBB atau lockdown sebagai bentuk antisipasi pemerintah agar tidak terjadi penularan yang semakin meluas namun pada kenyataannya justru berimbas pada pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional salah satunya peningkatan angka pengangguran.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang analisis penyelesaian utang melalui ibra’, syuf’ah, dan taflis di perbankan syariah. makna dari ibra’ adalah al-tamlik (perpindahan kepemilikan atas barang atau hak) dikarenakan adanya pembebasana pembayaran kewajiban  bagi yang berutang oleh pemilik piutang sehingga terjadi perpindahann  kepemilikan piutang kepada orang  yang berutang. syuf’ah merupakan  akad terjadi pemindahan hak milik didalamnya  kepada rekan syirkah sesuai harga untuk mencegah kemadharatan. taflis adalah pailit dimana seseorang menghabiskan  hartanya dan tidak menyisakan sedikit pun akibat digunakan untuk membayar utang-utangnya tersebut. Artikel ini menggunakan metodologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan literature review mengenai konsep penyelesaian utang melalui ibra’, syuf’ah, dan muflis dalam perspektif fiqih kontemporer dari media buku dan jurnal elektronik. Artikel ini berusaha menggambarkan penyelesaian utang melalui ibra’, syuf’ah, dan taflis di perbankan syariah ada yang sudah secara penuh, sebagaian, dan belum diimplementasikan. Penyelesaian kredit pembiayaan melalui ibra’, syuf’ah dan taflis di perbankan syariah pada saat ini sudah diimplementasikan, namun pada penerapannnya menyesuaikan dengan jenis produk yang ditawarkan bank kepeda nasabah bedasarkan perjanjian yang disepakati di awal akad.

Abstract

This research analyze relations compensation and position promotion to motivation work employees the contract to PT. GS Electech Indonesia, data obtained from the questionnaire and direct observation in the field .Data analyzed use linear regression multiple .Research findings shows that compensation as the provision of retribution services consists of financial compensation , Non financial and activity has not been found relationship to motivation work employees the contract to PT. GS Electech Indonesia. Position promotion as a form of recognition of the results of was given based on accomplishments , experience and a mastery work has not been found relationship to motivation work employees the contract to PT. GS Electech Indonesia. This indicates that motivation work employee who seen from conformity over received an incentive , the condition workplace comfortable , received an award , given responsibility work and happy with the work he was doing not prescribed by compensation and position promotion applied a company to an employee contract . Keywords:compensation , position promotion and motivation

Abstract

Civil society is often positioned as an ideal way of life. From a historical perspective, Islamic thinkers usually refer to civil society under the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad. To realize a civil society in business, a transparent discussion is needed between all parties. Islam requires every business actor to always act impartially and protect the fulfillment of the rights of others, the rights of the social environment, and the rights of the universe. Therefore, social balance and a natural balance must be maintained together with business people. Corporate social responsibility is currently an absolute responsibility that must be carried out by companies in terms of maintaining and establishing social communication with the community and the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the formation of civil society through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the Jababeka Cikarang Industrial Estate. This type of research is qualitative and descriptive field research. Researchers used data collection techniques through interviews. The results showed that the formation of civil society helped ease the economy of the community and the surrounding environment. However, the implementation of the CSR plan for the Jababeka industry has not been maximized. This is due to very limited participation and distribution is still consumptive, so community empowerment is not optimal. In addition, it can be concluded that the implementation of corporate social responsibility is by following per under Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh upaya peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Produktivitas kerja merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan usaha perusahaan dalam segala aspek. Produktivitas kerja karyawan akan terus meningkat apabila karyawan selalu disiplin dan mengikuti setiap aturan perusahaan dan adanya lingkungan kerja yang baik. Adapun yang menjadi masalah pada penelitian ini adalah terjadi penurunan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, pelatihan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Indofarma (Persero) Tbk. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuisioner terhadap 50 responden dari 50 karyawan, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Penelitian diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dibantu program SPSS 22. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif tehadap Produktivitas, artinya semakin bertambahnya Disiplin Kerja maka akan meningkatkan Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas, artinya semakin banyak Pelatihan Kerja yang diberikan atau adanya fasilitas Pelatihan Kerja yang diberikan maka semakin tinggi pula Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap Produktivitas, artinya dengan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik yang baik maka akan meningkatkan Produktivitas kerja karyawan..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions on consumers of MSME central Zabannia, Effect of price on purchasing decisions on consumers of MSME central Zabannia, Effect of product quality on purchasing decisions on consumers of MSME central Zabannia. The research method used in this study is the quantitative method. While the approach used in this research is to use descriptive analysis using the results of questionnaire data that has been distributed to 93 respondents. The population used in this study were all users of MSME products from central Zabannia Pusat.Based on the results of the t test that has been carried out, it can be concluded that brand image has a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions with a brand image significance value of 0,047 <0,05 and t value (2,015) > t table (1,98698), price has no effect significant and positive on purchasing decisions with a price significance value of 0,015 > 0,05 and a value of t count (2,471) < t table (1,98698), and product quality has a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions with a significance value of product quality 0,000 < 0 ,05 and the value of t arithmetic (4,913) < t table (1,98698).

Abstract

This article introduces the legal istinbath method of the tarjih muhammadiyah council. The tarjih council was born in the decision of the Pekalongan congress in 1927 the function to consider and resolve all problems that arise is debated by Muhammadiyah people to know the opinion chosen because it is bold and its postulates based on the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. This article aims to find out how the istinbath method used by Muhammadiyah in establishing law, using a qualitative approach, by adding data from secondary data sources, previous research, or existing data in organizations or agencies. The istinbath tarjih muhammadiyah method is based on the Al-Quran and As-Sunnah, The ijtihad method with Bayani, Burhani, and Irfani Muhammadiyah approaches solves problems that occur in society.Keywords: Istinbath, Islamic Law, Tarjih Council, Muhammadiyah

Abstract

The school library is one of the facilities provided by the school as a supporter and supporter of the process of teaching and learning activities for students. The existence of a library is very helpful to increase or increase knowledge and insight for students at school. By increasing the maximum function of the library, it is also hoped that it will provide maximum education for students. At the XYZ Vocational School library, the library system is still manual, that is, the way to borrow and return books at the library is to still use handwriting. There are often errors in the process of borrowing and returning books, so it is often difficult for librarian to prepare reports. The absence of a library information system that is able to process borrowing and returning books quickly and accurately, print reports quickly, and can store data safely. With the system that will be built, the authors hope that this will not happen again, because the computerized system will be more supportive.-based library information system is website built using PHP with framework codeigniter and MySQL. System testing is done using the Black Box Testing method. The results of the research conducted is an implementation of a website using the OOAD at Tridaya Vocational High School Bekasi. The conclusion from the implementation of this library system is that it can carry out the process of borrowing and returning books quickly and accurately, print reports quickly, and can store data safely because it is integrated with the MySQL database..
