Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of salary and incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Unilastindo Interbuana Pandaan simultaneously, partially and most dominantly. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data analysis techniques that are validity, reliability, multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The validity test results obtained by the calculated r value of the variable salary, incentives and employee performance is greater than the value of r proven valid tables and the reliability test results obtained a reliable value of salary, incentives and proven reliable employee performance. Based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous), known the value of sig. F count is 0.00 because the significance value of F is less than 0.05, the regression analysis model is significant. T test results explain, that the salary and incentive variables significantly influence employee performance variables, because the salary is significant 0.018 <0.05 and the incentive is significant 0.012 <0.05. The most dominant incentive variable influences employee performance, this is indicated by the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta incentive variable is greater than the salary variable. Influenced by indicators include: performance, length of work, seniority, needs, fairness and eligibility, job evaluation.

Abstract

The large amount of competition makes radio stations provide innovation as a form of marketing strategy to attract listeners and advertisers. In order to maintain the viability of its business, an effective marketing strategy is needed. One effort to find out the right marketing strategy for the company is to use a SWOT analysis. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategies used and what should have been used Radio Kanjuruhan FM so far in increasing the number of advertisements. The marketing strategy carried out by Radio Kanjuruhan FM is a marketing mix that includes 4 components, namely, product, price, place, promotion. These 4 components provide an important role in supporting the progress of Radio Kanjuruhan FM. Based on the SWOT Radio Analysis Kanjuruhan FM can increase promotions, collaborate with local radio, increase the number of employees, utilize technology, and provide competitive prices. Whereas from the marketing strategy which includes, market segmentation, setting the target market (market targeting) and positioning (positioning) of Kanjuruhan FM Radio can find out which market segments have been listening to Radio Kanjuruhan FM.

Abstract

The role of human resources in the company is very important because as the main driver of all company activities in achieving goalscompany in order to maintain the success and survival of the company then a leader always maintains and improves the resources he hasThis includes paying attention to the work environment to improve performance his employees.Based on the objectives, this research was conducted to determine whether or not whether or not the influence related to the work environment with the performance of employees at PT Bank BNI Cash Office Pakis Malang. So in accordance with this purpose, This research is a type of causal quantitative research, namely: causal relationship, and includes explanatory researchwhich is descriptive in nature where this study aims to find an explanation why an event occurs.The conclusion from the results of this study is that it has been proven that there is an effect of significant on the variables of the Physical Work Environment (X1) and Non. Work Environment Physical (X2) Against Employee Performance (Y) either partially or partially simultaneous.Keywords: Physical Work Environment, Non-Physical Work Environment, Performance Employee, Explanatory Research

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze financial performance (ROE) with analytical tools using Firm Size and Debt to Equity Ratio. The population of this study is all state-owned companies in 2018-2021 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the number of samples taken according to the researcher's criteria of 10 state-owned companies. The data collection technique used is the documentation method. Data analysis techniques used normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing t-test and F-test, Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results of the study partially show that the Firm Size (FS) variable has a positive and significant effect on financial performance (ROE) in BUMN companies, the Debt to Equity (DER) variable has no significant effect on financial performance (ROE) in BUMN companies, simultaneously the Firm Size variable ( FS)
