Abstract

Since we born until now, of course, we live in an environment full of diversity such as culture, ethics, and many more. Sometimes with this diversity, it can make people unable to relate well and can’t live in harmony. But sometimes with this diversity, we can learn more about other people's opinions, cultures, or ethics. Whether people can deal with the difference or not, it all depends on their own selves, depending on what mindset did they think about. So, to prevent the bad mindset about diversity, we choose a program to educate and persuade people to respect each other and stay positive the difference by making a podcast. The podcast will be uploading to Spotify so that it will be easier to access or to listen.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini, berbagai macam produk dan jasa semakin berkembang dan juga terdapat inovasi-inovasi baru. Banyak cara yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan omzet perusahaan dan memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada konsumen agar dapat memuaskan konsumen tersebut. Dengan berkembangnya zaman, perusahaan harus mampu melakukan inovasi produk yang berkualitas dan perusahaan harus mampu menghasilkan produk yang diinginkan oleh masyarakat dengan mempelajari dan meningkatkan kualitas smartphone secara terus menerus. Oleh karena itu, peneliti bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, dukungan selebriti, ewom, kesadaran merek dan komunikasi media sosial terhadap niat beli dengan kepercayaan merek sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengguna smartphone di Kota Batam. Sebanyak 400 responden yang dapat digunakan dalam menganalisis dengan menggunakan teknik sampling penelitian. Abstract

In daily needs, there are lots of activities that are carried out by everyone, with activities that are increasingly crowded, making many people need additional food intake that is beneficial for the health of the body. The food available on the market today is indeed diverse, but generally it is not typical Indonesian food. People are currently trying to consume healthy food, it must become a habit so that the health of the body is maintained. This is done by choosing natural and fresh foods, without preservatives. One of the healthy foods that are safe to eat is salad. The purpose of implementing and compiling this practical work is to carry out digital marketing and utilize digital tools or media to reach target consumers quickly, precisely and broadly. Apart from that, it can also be more effective and efficient in carrying out promotional strategies through digital marketing for business purposes, increasing brand awareness with the aim of introducing Saladbar By Hadikitchen to the public, so as to produce a strategy in the form of advertising and digital marketing whose results can be used as a benchmark successful or not, the strategy used to increase sales as much as possible. The author collects data by visiting and conducting direct interviews with company owners. The results of implementing digital marketing strategies are very effective in utilizing Instagram social media which can increase followers, sales and build awareness among the people of Batam City.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, various kinds of products and services are growing and there are also new innovations. Many ways are done by the company to be able to increase the company's turnover and provide good service to consumers in order to satisfy these consumers. With the development of the times, companies must be able to innovate quality products and companies must be able to produce products desired by the community by studying and improving the quality of smartphones continuously. Therefore, the researcher aims to analyze the effect of brand image, celebrity endorsement, ewom, brand awareness and social media communication on purchase intention with brand trust as a mediating variable on smartphone users in Batam City. A total of 400 respondents who can be used in analyzing by using research sampling techniques.
