Abstract

Kegiatan perencanaan dan penerapan strategi pemasaran pada Kopitiam Asam Pedas Tiam Huat dilakukan untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang sedang dialami oleh UMKM yang dimana UMKM tersebut mengalami kesulitan dalam memasarkan produk–produk mereka ke pangsa pasar. Metode wawancara dan analisis digunakan untuk mencari akar permasalahan dari UMKM dan hasil dari kedua metode tersebut digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk UMKM tersebut. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah pembuatan akun instagram serta buku menu makanan UMKM yang dapat membantu meningkatkan pemasaran dan promosi dalam UMKM secara efektif dan pembuatan akun WhatsApp bisnis kepada UMKM agar para konsumen dapat lebih mudah melakukan kontak dengan UMKM sehingga pemesanan makanan pun dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah dan praktis. Pembuatan akun GrabFood untuk UMKM dibatalkan, dikarenakan pihak UMKM tidak bisa menangani pemesanan melalui ojek online dalam situasi dimana masa pandemi dan PPKM sedang berlangsung. Pada PKM selanjutnya, direkomendasikan untuk menambahkan kegiatan pengambilan video UMKM setelah masa pandemi virus Covid – 19 ini telah berakhir agar dapat meningkatkan pemasaran UMKM menjadi lebih efektif

Abstract

Provision of good working hours in accordance with standards must be maintained by businesses to fulfill all their goals, including the Indonesian manufacturing industry. The manufacturing industry in Indonesia must prioritize work standards, because these factors greatly affect a company's ability to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working hours and overtime on resource management with industrial relations, to analyze working hours to attract employees and to analyze the calculation of employee wages. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method in this study. The result of this research is that everyone involved in industrial relations must understand the rules of the game and other regulations that apply in Indonesia. In terms of working hours or overtime policies, developing the quality of human resources, absenteeism and leave policies, and salary increases that are in accordance with industry standards, can improve employee welfare and productivity and maintain competitiveness in a company.

Abstract

In this research will be found how the implementation of operational management carried out by PT. Indofood was able to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of its business processes, reduce waste, improve product quality and increase customer satisfaction. The only highly effective and effective way of improving operational performance is to organize and distribute goods or services according to reliable and efficient customer groups. PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. is a manufacturer of various types of food and beverages located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The method used in this research in collecting data is descriptive method by collecting internet searching data. This helps researchers in improving the data found. In this study the data analysis method used is a qualitative method. By using this method researchers can analyze existing events, then will be followed later with a collection of existing theories in the analysis.
