Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) in Tana Toraja district. This study uses descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study was part of the state civil apparatus (ASN) in Tana Toraja Regency, which amounted to 150 people. The sampling method is a purposive sampling. The type of data used is quantitative data collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation simultaneously have a direct, positive and significant effect on performance. The work environment has a direct, positive and significant effect on performance. Work discipline has a direct, positive and significant effect on performance. Work motivation has a direct, positive and significant effect on employee performance. The most dominant variable influencing the performance of the state civil service (ASN) in Tana Toraja Regency is work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to find out Knowing 1) the application of balance scoreCard by translating the vision, mission of the University of Timor based on four perspectives, 2) Measuring the performance of the University of Timor based on the balanced scorecard perspective. This research is qualitative research. The sample in this study was 316 respondents consisting of lecturers, students and alumni of the University of Timor and using random sampling techniques. Data were analyzed by qualitative analysis methods. The results of the study show that translating vision and mission into four perspectives (financial, customer, internal business and growth and learning) results in a balanced scorecard design which is a proposed work program at the University of Timor. While performance measurement uses four perspectives on the balanced scorecard; the customer's perspective according to students reaches 2716 points is categorized as not good. 1711 points for the lecturer's internal business perspective are said quite well. 1004 points for the perspective of growth and learning of lecturers are quite well. 1800 points for the growth and learning perspective of administrative staff are categorized quite well. 541 points for the financial perspective of University of Timor officials are also categorized quite well

Abstract

The study aims to know and analyze the impact of training on motivation, to know and to analyse the impact of training on productivity, to know and analyze the impact of motivation on productivity, to know and to analyze the impact of training on the productivity of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the district of Kombut of Boven Digoel District if mediated by motivation. Methodology Research uses a quantitative approach to using the analysis of the pathway (path). Population and samples amounted to 89 respondents with a total sampling of the sampling techniques where the number of samples was equal to the population. Data processing method using smart PLS 3. The results of the study showed 1) that the training variables were partially positive and significant to the motivation. 2) Variable training has been partially positive and significant to the business productivity, 3) The motivation variable positively and significantly affects the business productivity, 4) The training variables positively and significantly affect the productivity

Abstract

The Athirah Islamic School Foundation in Makassar is one of the institutions owned by Kalla Group that implement Work From Home (WFH) due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Different from working from the office, the nature of work from home cause the imbalance between work and personal life (work-life balance) and also leads to an impact on employee performance. This study aims to prove the effectiveness of work from home on employee performance through the work-life balance of employees of the Athirah Islamic School Foundation in Makassar. This study was conducted in path analysis, where 75 employees taken as samples from 297 populations at the Athirah Islamic School Foundation in Makassar. The sampling technique used the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The data were collected by using interviews and questionnaires and then analyzed by using SPSS 20 version. This research shows that work from home has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work from home has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work from home has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through the work-life balance.
