Abstract

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is built by several component such as group of deoxyribose sugar, group of phosphate, and group of nitrogen bases. Nitrogen bases’s set can be written as . Combination of three elements of N form triplet codes (codon) which later are translated into amino acid during protein synthesis process. During amino acid forming process, sometimes error can occurs and change something. This error is called gene mutation. There are several gene mutations, one of them is point mutation. This mutation is caused by one change of nitrogen base in a DNA sequence.Gene mutation can be represented by using several ways. One of them is using Kernel code’s representation. This representation is gained by constructing a homomorphism of cross product of group (DNA sequences’s group) to another comutative group. Kernel of this homomorphism is called kernel code, and its elements represent normal DNA sequences

Abstract

Every living creature has unique genetic materials. These genetic materials are stored in a DNA molecule. In some cases, it is founda change in a normal DNA molecule into an abnormal one. Recombining DNA molecule is one way to solve this problem. In mathematical view, splicing system is a mathematical model of a system of a restriction enzyme’s action in recombining DNA molecule. Splicing language is a language constructed by splicing system.Result obtained from double-chained DNA molecule recombination process using uniform splicing system and uniform splicing language is a various language, which is depend on: (1) how we determine which DNA molecule that contains donor’s and recipient’s gen and (2) how we choose involved restriction enzyme. Apart from that, DNA molecule recombination can only be done on DNA molecule which has a DNA molecule’s partition a restriction enzyme could identify.

Abstract

Kode genetik standar merupakan hasil pemikiran para ilmuwan biologi pada masanya sebagai suatu representasi gen yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan tubuh manusia akan protein. Gen pada kode genetik standar disajikan dalam bentuk kode triplet basa-basa nitrogen dan menjadi bahasa pengkodean gen dalam tubuh makhluk hidup yang menghasilkan  kode triplet yang berbeda. Semua kode triplet dari rantai nukleotida RNA tersebut diterjemahkan dan menghasilkan 20 macam asam amino yang akan dilepas sebagai protein dalam sel. Kumpulan basa nitrogen dalam rantai RNA dihimpun dan disajikan dalam suatu himpunan yang kemudian dicocokkan dengan   dengan dua himpunan yang memuat partisi basa-basa nitrogen berdasarkan jenis basa dan ikatan hidrogennya. Pada paper ini himpunan dicocokkan . Dengan pencocokan tersebut, maka N memiliki struktur Aljabar sebagai Grup Komutatif terhadap penjumlahan, juga membentuk Grup Faktor yang dibentuk dari subgroup Normal yaitu , dan Lapangan Galois atau GF(4). Selain dari itu,  juga membentuk struktur ruang vektor atas GF(4) sehingga . Dengan demikian terbentuklah representasi  berupa suatu multicube  berdimensi tiga yang merupakan gabungan dari 27 kubus unitary, dengan menggunakan  transformasi geometri, maka akan dilihat representasi  dari kode genetik Standar berdasarkan subgrup normal yang membentuk grup faktornya, yaitu didasarkan pada basa kuat atau basa lemah dari Nukleotida. Representasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan software Geogebra. Dari hasil representasi tersebut dapat dilihat perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada kode genetik standar, yang pada akhirnya dapat dipandang sebagai mutasi pada kajian ilmu Biologi Sel.

Abstract

DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid,) terdiri dari beberapa komponen yaitu gugus gula deoksiribosa, gugus fosfat, dan gugus basa nitogren. Himpunan basa nitrogen dapat ditulis sebagai Kombinasi dari tiga buah elemen membentuk kode triplet (kodon) yang ditranslasikan menjadi asam amino. Dalam pembentukan DNA terdapat berbagai proses yang terjadi yaitu sintesis protein, replikasi DNA, dan proses hibridisasi. Untuk membentuk suatu ikatan antara DNA dengan DNA diperlukan proses hibridisasi.Proses Hibridisasi adalah pembentukan ikatan dupleks stabil antara dua rangkaian nukleotida yang saling komplementer melalui perpasangan basa Nitrogen. Kajian proses Hibridisasi sering ditemui dalam komputasi DNA yang menggunakan sistem Pakar. Paper ini akan mengkaji langkah-langkah yang diperlukan pada proses hibridisasi dalam merepresentasikan aturan hasil perhitungan indeks massa tubuh dengan aturan tertentu.Langkah-langkah tersebut dapat digunakan untuk pengukran gizi dan yang mempengaruhinya
