Abstract

After recovering from COVID-19, patients can experience long-term COVID-19, which is a condition where there is a residual effect from COVID-19 infection. This long-term COVID-19 condition has an impact on a person's quality of life. In the preliminary study, a qualitative approach was used with descriptive analysis in a case study. Data were collected through structured interviews. The informants involved were 20 COVID-19 survivors in the Rejosari Health Center area and the team in charge of Epidemiological Investigation and Health Promotion, Rejosari Health Center. The preliminary study results showed that 20 COVID-19 survivors experienced a decrease in quality of life from 9.0 when not infected to 8.3 after being declared cured of the infection. In addition, the evaluation found that the Rejosari Health Center had never conducted counseling to improve the quality of life for COVID-19 survivors in its working area. The purpose of this activity is to provide counseling using the Plan, Do, Check, and Action (PDCA) cycle method for COVID-19 survivors in the working area of ​​the Rejosari Health Center. The plan of action stage in the form of counseling and dissemination of information media in the form of electronic pocketbooks and educational videos about improving the quality of life of COVID-19 survivors has been carried out. Then, the evaluation results of increasing public knowledge from 16 people (45.7%) less knowledgeable to 28 people (80%).

Abstract

Program Kampung Iklim aims to encourage the participation of the community and other stakeholders to take action regarding climate change. This study aims to describe communication strategies implemented to increase participation from local governments, communities, and other stakeholders. This research was conducted by desk research with a qualitative approach, and using Strategic Framework Analysis (SFA) as an analytical tool. Analysis carried out on statutory documents, roadmaps, socialization materials, monitoring, evaluation, as well as annual and long-term reports. The results showed that the communication strategy in ProKlim focused on increasing community participation. Context refers to climate hazards that can threaten the sustainability of humankind. Thus, the community must play an active role in handling climate change by adapting and mitigating. The number refers to the increase in temperature per year where the average temperature in 2016 was 1.2ºC higher than the average temperature in 1981-2000. Through visualization, metaphors, and the use of appropriate tones, ProKlim is presented to the public as a persuasive program. Unfortunately, the dissemination is still delivered in a formal and limited way. Thus, it can be concluded that the low community participation in ProKlim is due to the fact that the information conveyed is still formal and does not take place continuously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kinerja sosial perusahaan tahun 2022. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah penerima program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional Unit Dumai (KPI RU II Dumai). yaitu Kelompok Masyarakat Tani Alam. Peneliti menggunakan pedoman PERMENPANRB (Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi) dalam menyusun indikator untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat. Tanggapan yang terkumpul kemudian ditabulasikan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat terhadap program CSR KPI RU II Dumai pada 12 responden adalah 3,42, atau 85,5 setelah konversi. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap Program CSR “Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Petani Lahan Gambut” tahun 2022 adalah “Sangat Baik”, dengan predikat “A”. Berdasarkan data dari 14 unsur yang diolah, skor terendah untuk tanggapan masukan dan saran dari masyarakat adalah 2,8 atau 70,8 setelah konversi, dengan nilai “B”. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja sosial perusahaan, KPI RU II Dumai perlu lebih terbuka dalam menerima saran dan rekomendasi dari masyarakat terkait pengembangan program CSR.This study aims to measure the level of community satisfaction towards the company's social performance in 2022. The unit of analysis for this research is the recipient of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional Dumai Unit (KPI RU II Dumai), namely Kelompok Masyarakat Alam Tani. Researchers use the PERMENPANRB (Ministry of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform ) guidelines in compiling indicators to determine the level of community satisfaction. The responses collected were then tabulated and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods. The results showed that the Community Satisfaction Index for the KPI RU II Dumai CSR program through 12 respondents was 3.42, or 85.5 after conversion. These results indicate that the level of community satisfaction with the CSR Program "Empowerment of Peatland Farmers Communities" in 2022 is "Outstanding", with an "A" grade. Based on the 14 indicators analyzed, the lowest score for the response to input and suggestions from the community was 2.8 or 70.8 after conversion, with a "B" grade. To improve corporate social performance, KPI RU II Dumai needs to be more open in accepting suggestions and recommendations from the community regarding the development of CSR programs.
