Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini berusaha untuk memahami persepsi dari mahasiswa terhadap penyampaian pelayanan petugas akademik di kampus tempat mereka kuliah selama ini, dengan membagi penyampaian pelayanan menjadi penyampaian pelayanan inti dan penyampaian pelayanan hubungan baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar bahwa terdapat perbedaan dalam tingkat kepentingan dari penyampaian pelayanan inti dengan penyampaian pelayanan hubungan baik antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan mahasiswa perempuan. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 300 mahasiswa yang tersebar di berbagai perguruan tinggi yang ada di Kota Banjarmasin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara mahasiswa laki-laki dengan mahasiswa perempuan dalam hal mempersepsikan penyampaian pelayanan yang mereka terima dari petugas akademik di kampus tempat mereka kuliah, baik dalam hal penyampaian pelayanan inti maupun penyampaian pelayanan hubungan baik.Kata Kunci: petugas akademik, penyampaian pelayanan inti, penyampaian pelayanan hubungan baik  AbstractThis study seeks to understand the perceptions of students towards the service delivery of academic staff on the campus where they have studied, by dividing service delivery into core service delivery and relational service delivery. This research was conducted on the basis that there are differences in the importance level of the delivery of core services delivery and relational service delivery between male and female students. Respondents in this study were 300 students spread across various universities in Banjarmasin City. The results showed that there was no significant difference between male students and female students in terms of perceived service delivery they received from academic staff on the campus where they studied, both in terms of core service delivery and relational service delivery.Keywords: academic staff, core service delivery, relational service delivery

Abstract

ABSTRACT Job satisfaction is a factor that really needs to be considered in various work organizations, including educational organizations, because job satisfaction has been shown to have many influences on various organizational outputs, especially on work performance. This study aims to determine the level of job satisfaction of private college lecturers and which factors have the greatest role in shaping lecturers’ job satisfaction in Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan. Respondents in this study were 314 permanent lecturers in various private college that still active in Banjarmasin City. Job satisfaction was measured by 5 indicators, each described by a few items. Data analysed using Spearman’s Correlation to determine the correlation between every indicator to it’s total variable. The results of the study found that the most satisfying factor according to the lecturers was the work environment, while the factor that had the biggest role in shaping job satisfaction was workplace guidance, especially the role of leadership in directing and providing input to lecturers. It is hoped that through this research, lecturers' job satisfaction can be maintained and have a positive impact on various other organizational outputs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai Work-Life Balance atau keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, keseimbangan waktu maupun keseimbangan kepuasan diantara hal yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi seorang karyawan. Analisis literatur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan database Science Direct untuk menyaring artikel yang diterbitkan tahun 2019-2023 melalui studi bibliometrik dan menghasilkan 412 artikel sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan dengan kata kunci yang digunakan seperti work-life balance, well-being. yang selanjutnya menggunakan Vosviewer untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan analisis Co-authorship, Co-occurrence dan juga Citation. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya terkait tema keseimbangan kehidupan kerja atau work-life balance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the right strategy for marketing the educational tourism village in Kampung inggris Pare. Data analysis in this study used descriptive qualitative methods with case studies. Data sources were obtained from observation, interviews with 5 informants from Kampung Inggris Pare, and documentation in the form of photos and voice recordings. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and triangulation techniques. This research resulted in 3 conclusions, including: (1) Strengths for Kampung Inggris Pare: (1) The strengths of Kampung Inggris Pare consist of the low cost of living, comfortable learning atmosphere equipped with facilities from the institution, and health insurance for all elements of Kampung Inggris Pare. Then some weaknesses of Kampung Inggris Pare include the tight learning hours, less maintained environment at some points, and less efficient access to Kampung Inggris Pare. (2) The most potential opportunities for Kampung Inggris Pare include the number of fresh graduates, the recommendation of Kampung Inggris Pare alumni, and the potential arrival of students as a result of extensive promotion. As well as threats that can have an impact on Kampung Inggris Pare consist as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the existence of restrictions by the government, and the lack of holiday time for prospective students of Kampung Inggris Pare. (3) The strategic position based on the SWOT Diagram is in quadrant 1, which means that Kampung Inggris Pare can use an aggressive strategy with the results of the SWOT Matrix in the SO (Strengths-Opportunity) position. These strategies include utilizing alumni in promotional media by displaying the advantages of Kampung Inggris Pare, adding vaccination activities and health facilities, as well as promotions in the form of discounts and free products for fresh graduates who come to Kampung Inggris Pare

Abstract

A country's economic growth cannot be separated from the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as the backbone of a strong economy. MSMEs experience various problems, including limited access to resources, inadequate infrastructure, and the inability to compete on a larger scale. These factors become obstacles for MSMEs to optimize their potential and compete in an increasingly complex market . It is important for MSME players to improve their product advantages or marketing strategies, because MSMEs are one of the important business sectors in Indonesia. There are not many studies that systematically measure the contribution of financial literacy in building the competitive advantage of MSMEs, especially in the Indonesian context. This research tries to open a new space by using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to detail the understanding of the concept of financial literacy and its implications for the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Indonesia. The importance of this research lies in the urgency to provide a more comprehensive view of how financial literacy can make a concrete contribution in establishing and maintaining the competitive advantage of MSMEs. Results of this research state that Financial literacy has a significant role in helping MSMEs face financial challenges and compete in a dynamic market. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide practical and policy implications for stakeholders, government and business people in increasing the financial literacy of MSMEs, so as to create an environment that supports the growth and competitiveness of MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research discusses strategies to increase the number of visitors to the SME square in Kediri through benchmarking and collaboration between related parties. Kediri Square has undergone significant revitalization and facial changes to increase its appeal. Apart from being a tourist spot, Kediri Square is also used as an educational place. This research also highlights the importance of internal marketing strategies effective promotion, integration of local culture, and cooperation with related parties. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach to alun-alun SMEs Kediri city with observation and interviews. The research results show that developing attractive facilities, effective promotions, increasing security and comfort, and collaborating with related parties can increase the number of visitors. In addition, combining educational activities and promotion of local culture can also be an effective strategy. In its conclusion, this research emphasizes the importance of cooperation between local government, tourism actors and local communities in increasing the number of visitors to Kediri Square.

Abstract

The complexity and importance of the role of the religious tourism business in a global context, where spiritual and religious destinations not only attract tourists, but also become centers of economic and cultural activities. The success of a religious tourism business destination depends not only on its spiritual appeal, but also on the manager's ability to understand and manage financial aspects wisely. The importance of increasing financial literacy in the context of the religious tourism business is increasingly visible due to the various challenges faced by the tourism industry, including climate change, changes in consumer behavior and global market dynamics. Recognizing the financial literacy gap in the religious tourism business can be integrated into education and training programs for industry players. The method used in this research is a qualitative research approach with a descriptive research type, to observe the extent to which MSME business actors in the Wali Sembilan religious tourism area understand and can apply financial literacy to increase their business success. This research took place in the Wali Sembilan religious tourism area. Based on results reduction observations, interviews and documentation that have been done interpret it can stated that enhancement literacy finance become factor key in realize development sustainable destination business tour Wali Sembilan religion. Profile perpetrator diverse businesses _ in literacy finance show necessity effort increase, especially among MSMEs as _ bone back economy populist. Enhancement literacy finance give impact positive on ability perpetrator business in make decision smart finances, planning _ investing, and managing risk, create environment stable and powerful business _ competitive. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the promotional strategy for Totoh ginger coffee products to increase the income of the people of Karang Anyar village, Ketapang sub-district, and Sampan regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques using documentation, observation, and interview techniques. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data is obtained through extending observations, increasing persistence in research, and triangulation. The research's findings lead the researcher to the following conclusions: first, Totoh ginger coffee owners have adopted the marketing mix concept, which consists of the 4Ps: product strategy (product), price strategy (price), distribution location strategy (place), and promotion strategy (promotion), as their development strategy to boost sales and keep customers. In its marketing strategy, the owner of Totoh ginger coffee applies a strategy that is in accordance with Islamic business ethics, namely: Al-insaniyah, or humanity; akhlakul karimah, in accordance with customer wishes; listening to customer criticism and suggestions; honesty; being realistic (not making things up); respecting customers; offering quality and halal goods; and offering products that do not harm customers. Second, the strategy implemented in the production process, price, location, and promotion is that there are no deviations made by Totoh ginger coffee product business actors, whether in the supply of raw materials, the manufacturing process, or the sales process. The Totoh ginger coffee business has implemented Islamic economic principles, namely Tawheed; whatever is done is based on the existence of Allah SWT Khilafah and Al-Ta'awanun, namely mutual help. The raw materials used are natural and halal materials, which are permitted in Islam, are obtained in a good way, and are sold only through orders from consumers via social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai penelitian kualitatif sebagai metode yang dipilih. Penelitian menerapkan metode kajian studi literatur, yang diperoleh dari meta data di website Scopus dengan kata kunci "qualitative research" dan "software". Kedua kata kunci diterapkan pada kriteria literatur meliputi rentang tahun 2018-2023, kategori artikel penelitian dan berbahasa Inggris. Hasil telaah pada 26 artikel meliputi perolehan data, program komputer yang digunakan, dan bagaimana tren penelitian kualitatif berdasarkan tahun dan software yang digunakan. Data pada penelitian kualitatif dapat diperoleh melalui Rekaman video, Pertanyaan terbuka, Forum online, Dokumentasi, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Literatur atau meta data, Observasi, dan Wawancara. Berdasarkan program komputer yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data secara kualitatif, diperoleh hasil meliputi Vosviewer, R-Project Program, NVivo, Leximancer, MAXQDA, QDA MINER LITE v 2.0.2, Geographic Information System (GIS), webQDA, CAQDAS, Gephi, dan ATLAS.ti
