Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Grade VI students in science subjects with the subject matter of the breeding of living things using Think Pair Share Learning Model (TPS). This research is a class action research. The subject of this study was class VI SDN 3 Jereweh with 25 students taking place in three cycles and each consisting of 3 meetings. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and tests. The results of classroom action research by applying a think pair share learning model indicate that student science learning outcomes have increased. This is indicated by an increase in the average value of the class at the time of cycle 1 the average value of 74.28; 76.74 in cycle 2, and 87 in cycle 3, while classical completeness increases 24% from cycle 1 to cycle 2, and from cycle 2 to cycle 3 32%. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the Think Pair Share (TPS) Learning Model has been proven to have improved the learning outcomes of Grade VI students in science subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Grade VI students on natural science subjects with the subject of ecosystem equilibrium using the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of this research is a students of Grade VI Elementary School (SDN) 03 Jereweh with 25 students. This research took place in two cycles consisting of 3 meetings for cycle-1 and 2 meetings for cycle-2. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and tests. Classroom Action Research results by applying the Jigsaw Learning Model shows that student’s natural science learning outcomes have increased. This is indicated by an increase in the average value of the class that is during cycle-1 the average value of 74 increased to 82.6 in cycle-2. Classical completeness of students has increased by 52% from cycle 1 to cycle 2. The conclusion of this study is that the application of Jigsaw Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in the material ecosystem equilibrium in class VI SDN 03 Jereweh.

Abstract

AbstrakBentuk perjanjian biasanya ada banyak ragam di dunia ini namun dalam banyak kejadian di negara kita Indonesia adalah yang menggunakan: bentuk akta autentik yang dibuat di hadapan notaris atau akta di bawah tangan yang dibuat oleh pihak-pihak sendiri. Bentuk tertulis diperlukan biasanya jika perjanjian itu berisi hak dan kewajiban yang rumit serta sulit diingat. Jika dibuat tertulis kepastian hukumnya tinggi. Perjanjian juga bisa dibuat secara lisan, artinya dengan kata-kata yang jelas maksud dan tujuan akan mudah diingat dan dipahami oleh pihak-pihak , itu sudah cukup. Walaupun perjanjian lisan, biasanya didukung oleh dokumen, misalnya; tiket penumpang, faktur penjualan dan kuitansi. Sedangkan keberadaan ketentuan hukum mengenai perikatan, perjanjian ataupun kontrak sebenarnya tetap valid karena akan mencakup semua media yang digunakan untuk melakukan transaksi, baik dengan media kertas (paper based) maupun dengan sistem elektronik (elektronik based). Dalam pandangan hukum yang disampaikan oleh pakar terkait pasal 1320 unsur pertama terkait kesepakatan bahwa: Tentang wujud kesepakatan, pada umumnya KUHPerdata tidak mensyaratkan bentuk atau formalitas tertentu. Oleh karena itu setiap model transaksi dan kesepakatan yang telah melalui iktikat baik dari kedua belah pihak atau lebih sudah bisa membuat perjanjian atau kotrak dengan bentuk video dan audio visual.Kata Kunci : analisa, audio visual, perjanjian tertulis AbstractThere are various forms of agreement in the world but in many instances in our country Indonesia uses: the form of authentic deeds made before a notary or underhanded deed made by the parties themselves. The shape is in accordance with the requirements. What is meant by that? If it is written, the legal certainty is high. Agreements can also be made verbally, meaning that with clear words the intent and purpose will be easily understood and understood by the parties, that is enough. It should be approved verbally, for example; passenger ticket, sales invoice and receipt. Meanwhile, agreements on negotiation regulations, permanent contractual agreements, will apply to all media used to conduct transactions, both with paper (paper-based) and electronic (electronic-based) media. 1320 is not first related to an agreement on: Regarding the form of agreement, in general the Civil Code does not require certain forms or formalities. Therefore, every model of transaction and agreement that has been made through good agreement from both parties or more has been able to make an agreement or contract in the form of video and audio visual.Keywords: analysis, audiovisual, written agreement
