Abstract

Now days, on dynamic political environment, PILKADA is one of the hottest issue besides the presidential election. The proposed application intends to assist the stakeholders to react with the dynamic political environment by providing PILKADA prediction. The application is developed based on Artifcial Neural Network framework. Valid data from Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) dan Lembaga Skala Survei Indonesia (SSI) is used as the training and testing data. Lavernberg Marquadt is used as the learning algorithm to tune the ANN model parameters. Based on the simulations, the proposed ANN model based application shows satisfying prediction performance which is indicate by high coefficient correlation (R=0.999). In addition, Lavernberg Marquadt is able to achieve fast convergence which is indicated by low epoch value (epoch=4).

Abstract

Intend to elevate and to maintain the education quality, Tanri Abeng University puts the lecturer performance as one of the important indicator. University has obligation to make sure that the academic process run well. Thus, every stake holder on its circle need to be evaluated and developed periodically. Lecturer’s evaluation is one of them. Currently the evaluation has been done on paper based and manually post processed. This research proposed a fuzzy inference based system to replace the paper based evaluation and manual post processing. The proposed system enable the students to do computerized lecturer’s evaluation. Besides, the fuzzy system inference process will help the management to get more consistence conclusion of the evaluation compared to the manual post processing that potentially lead to the subjectivity.

Abstract

Abstract— As a company, PT. Noxus Ideata Prima is highly dependent on its human resources, as they are the main gear which moves the company. Based on said fact, employee scoring procedures are needed by the company to assess perfomances of each employee. one of considered factors which affect an employee’s perfomancesis attendance. Based on above statement, this research is conducted in order to increase effectivity and efficiency, and also modernizing the currently active manual employee attendance system to become an Android-based mobile application with Location Based System (LBS). The development of this system utilizes System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with waterfall model and developed in C# programming language, which also utilizes other important elements, including XML, JSON Data, RESTful API, and PostgreSQL. There are several main functions and features offered by the application, including attendance function for the employee to use after coming to the office, holiday-checking for the current year, and viewing reports of attendance of each employee which can be seen monthly, yearly, or as the data from previous year.
