Abstract

The online media industry is growing rapidly now. The presence of various types of online media is coloring competition in the media industry. Media business is a gap to find a background that is the principle of a news portal. Gorilasport.com is a news portal that provides information about sports with the main content of digital comics. They use digital comics as the main content in presenting news that can be seen on a news portal. So, this research aims to analyze digital comic in online media business in Indonesia by sports news portal Gorilasport.com. This study uses the post-positivist paradigm with a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive. The unit of analysis is Gorilasport.com media organization. The concept used is the strategy of media business, digital comics and online sports media with the help of previous research studies. Data collection techniques were carried out with interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman models. To test the validity of the data the researcher used source triangulation. The results show that media businesses using digital comic. The advantage gained is that this business can continue without content presentation, is liked by the public and is not easily boring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan struktur makro, superstruktur, struktur mikro pada teks wacana berita tentang pra G30S/PKI dan pasca G30S/PKI 1965. Metode dokumentasi dan analisis isi teks berita Harian Kompas. Hasil analisis Wacana Kritis Teun van Dijk menemukan bahwa dari unsur struktur makro, superstruktur, struktur mikro menunjukkan perbedaan penekan dalam memberitakan tentang komunisme pra G30S/PKI dan pasca G30S/PKI 1965. Berita-berita Kompas pra G30S/PKI memberitakan tentang Komunisme secara hati-hati yang memberitakan perkembangan dan Penguatan gerakan Komunisme. Pasca peristiwa G30S/PKI 1965 menempatkan posisinya sebagai media anti Komunisme dengan menyudutkan PKI dari segi pemberitaan

Abstract

People around the world are currently carrying out booster vaccinations in the midst of the outbreak of the Omicron variant of the COVID-19 virus. In Indonesia, vaccine booster activities have been carried out since January 12, 2022. The Indonesian government makes vaccines free and encourages the public to immediately carry out vaccine booster. Vaccine booster information and campaigns also appear on social media. Twitter as one of the social media that is widely used in Indonesia is also enlivened with discussions about vaccine boosters. The objective of this research is to see how the vaccine booster issue is discussed on Twitter. By using the concept of Social Media Analytics (SMA), this study explores tweet data and analyzes it based on the hashtags that appear, the accounts that post a lot and get re-tweets, and the accounts that are mentioned the most (mentioned) in the discussion of the vaccine booster issue. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data from Twitter will be collected from February to March 2022. Data will be collected using NVivo Plus 12 software. The result expected to provide social media analysis related to “Booster Vaccine” discourse that occurred in twitter.
