Abstract

The background of this research is the teacher as a component that greatly influences the educational process and the main factors that determine the quality of education. The teacher is the spearhead that is directly related to students as the subject and object of learning in the teaching and learning process. The availability of a good education curriculum, complete educational facilities and infrastructure, but if not balanced with the ability of teachers who are able to implement it, then everything will be less meaningful and not support the achievement of educational goals. The study was conducted at a junior high school located in the District of Cibinong, Bogor Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Principal Leadership and Infrastructure Facilities on the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a survey approach to obtain an overview and correlation of research variables, namely Principal Leadership (Variable X1), Infrastructure Facilities (variable X2) and Teacher Performance (variable Y) of SMP in Cibinong District, Bogor. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation study, questionnaires. Data analysis techniques through three stages, namely descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and research hypothesis testing. The results showed that (1) the Principal's Leadership influenced significantly and rather high and the direction of a positive relationship to the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in Bogor Regency. (2) The Infrastructure Facility influence significantly and has a rather high and direction of a positive relationship to the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in Bogor Regency. (3) The joint effect of School Principals and Infrastructure Leadership on the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in Bogor Regency is high

Abstract

Management is a process of activities that are planned and carried out intentionally and continuously to all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to participate in the learning and teaching process effectively and efficiently. Learning achievement is the level of humanity students have in accepting, rejecting and assessing the information obtained in the teaching and learning process. A person's learning achievement is in accordance with the level of success of something in learning subject matter which is expressed in the form of grades or report cards for each field of study after experiencing the teaching and learning process. This study aims to determine the extent of implementation, acceptance, student management, efforts made, as well as the implications of the application of student management in At-Thiriiriah Junior High School in improving the quality of students. This study uses a qualitative approach using a type of case study research by taking a background in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, Gunung Bunder I, Pamijahan, Bogor. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis method. Based on the process of data collection and data analysis, researchers can conclude several things including: (1) The application of student management that takes place at At-Thiriahah IT Junior High is classified as good, where the concept of student management starts from the planning and implementation of new students, monitoring or control and evaluation can be applied by all at IT Thohiriah Junior High School. (2) In an effort made by schools related to student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, among others: improving discipline including a). At-Thiriahah Junior High School students arrive at 07.00 WIB, b) Wearing Uniforms. (3) As for the implications of the implementation of student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriah Gunung Bunder I Junior High School, seen from the academic achievement in the form of UN scores that have increased, non-academic achievements achieved by At-Thiriahah IT Middle School students have also increased, and graduates of At-Thiriiriah IT Middle School were accepted into public and private schools. Abstract

This study discusses "The Effect of the Scientific Learning Model on the 2013 Curriculum and Teacher Professional Competence on Student Learning Outcomes of Class VIII at MTsN Bogor. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a significant influence between the Scientific Learning Model in the 2013 curriculum and Teacher Competence Against Results Learning grade VIII students of MTsN 2 Bogor. This study uses a Quantitative Method in which the researcher processes the data with questionnaire distribution questionnaire technique with a Likert scale of variables X 1 (Scientific learning model in the 2013 curriculum) and X2 (Teacher Professional Competence) and Y (Student Learning Outcomes of Class VIII) given to students from the population of students in class VIII a total of 380, then a sample of 15% was taken in a total of 60 students. From the results of this study the significant value of the effect of X1 on Y is 0.996> 0.05 and the count-0.005 <ttable2.00247, so it can be stated that the scientific learning model in the 2013 curriculum (X1) can be accepted in other words there is the influence of the scientific learning model in the 2013 curriculum on the learning outcomes of students of class VIII at MTsN 2 Bogor. While the significant value of X2 against Y with a value of 0.162> 0.05 and the value of 1.415 <ttable2.00247, it can be concluded that X2 is accepted in other words there is no effect of teacher professional competence on student learning outcomes at MTsN 2 Bogor. That the significant value for the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y is 0.291 <0.05 and the value of Fcount is 1.263 <Ftable 3.16 so that it can be stated that X1 and X2 have no effect on Y. Significant value for the influence of X1 and X2 simultaneously to Y is 0.291> 0.05 and the value of Fcount is 1.263 <Ftable 3.16 so that it can be stated that X1 and X2 have an influence on Y. In the coefficient of determination the R square value of 0.42 this implies that the influence of variables X1 and X2 on Y by 42%. Keywords: learning model, curriculum, teacher competency, students

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of the Principal's Leadership Leadership and Pedagogical Competence of PAI Teachers Against Student Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Private Schools in Leuwisadeng District, Bogor Regency. This research method is a quantitative method. This research is a radom sampling study because the population of 495 is taken from 15% of the total sample, namely 74 respondents. To get empirical data on variable X (students' perceptions of teacher competency) and Y variables (student learning outcomes) that is done by questionnaire or questionnaire. The Principal's leadership covers the Cognitive element, which is managing the school effectively and implementing a daily program. The apective element is able to motivate students to discipline in learning and work and achievement and the Psychomotor element is maintaining a student-centered learning climate. In PAI Teacher Pedagogical Competence has a cognitive element that is mastering the theory and principles of learning that educates, learning activities that educate and evaluate or evaluate, the apective element takes over the characteristics of students and the psychotoric element is communication with students and the development of potential students. while the Learning Outcomes have a cognitive element that is curiosity of students, dare to experiment and academic values, apective elements namely attitudes toward teachers and friends, class attendance and responsibilities towards homework, psychomotor elements namely self-actualization. From the results of the comparison of the Principal Leadership Variable significance value of 0.10> 0.05 means significant and obtained T count (2,652) and t table (1,993) then T arithmetic> T table means there is an influence between the principal's leadership on student learning outcomes. From the results of the PAI Teacher Pedagogical Competence variable the comparison of significance values ​​.17> 0.05 means significant and obtained the value of T arithmetic (22,439) and t table (1,993) then T arithmetic> T table means there is an influence between PAG Teacher Pedagogic Competence on student learning outcomes. From the comparison of F arithmetic 23.508 F table 3.12 then F arithmetic> F Principal Leadership and Pedagogical Competence of PAI Teachers jointly affect the learning outcomes of Class VIII (Eight) SMP students in Leuwisadeng District, Bogor Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT Spiritual and Social Guidance of Islamic Education Teachers is one of the important factors in shaping the character of students. Which is in line with the National Education System Law of 2003. The current practice of Islamic Education tends to emphasize cognitive aspects, while the psychomotor aspects are rarely touched, including the planting of faith (apective aspects). This situation has triggered the imbalance of PAI learning outcomes, which in turn has created humans who are cognitively smart but spiritually and socially dry. Therefore the presence of Spiritual and Social Guidance activities is an alternative step to reduce or even cover the lack of developing apective and psychomotor aspects outside of school hours in the national curriculum. The purpose of this study was to find out how the spiritual and social guidance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers towards the Formation of Student Characters in Yappa Junior High School Depok. But specifically this research aims to find out: Programs, Supporting and Inhibiting Factors as well as the success of the spiritual and social guidance program of Islamic Religious Education Teachers Against the formation of student characters in Yappa Junior High School Depok. The research method used is descriptive analytic, which is to give an overview of what is happening. Data collected in the form of qualitative data obtained through interviews, observation, and study documentation. This research starts from a preliminary study of theories relating to the spiritual and social guidance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers, then looks for the location of schools that have spiritual and social guidance activities for their students. Data collection techniques, the author begins with observation, categorization, synthesis and compile working hypotheses, which of course are always accompanied by literature study. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the spiritual and social guidance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers Against the Formation of Student Character in Depok's Yappa Middle School is done well and effectively through religious activities, learning in class and examples which are routinely carried out in Depok's Yappa Middle School. Through this activity embodied the cultivation of spiritual and social values ​​in students of Depok Yappa Middle School, which is one of the efforts to achieve the objectives of Islamic Religious Education. The purpose of spiritual and social activities is in the context of establishing noble character among students, which includes material on faith, worship, morals, the Koran and history.
