Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang sosialisasi Lembaga Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam mengimlementasikan Perpres Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tenteng Gerakan Nasional Anti Kejahatan Seksual Terhadap Anak di lihat dari sudut pandang Saddu al-Dzari’ah dan peran Lembaga Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Tulungagung dalam menangani anak korban kejahatan seksual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris yang menggunakan data kasus, perundang-undangan dan peran lembaga. Adapun bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer yang berupa wawancara dengan pegawai Lembaga Perlindugan Anak Kabupaten Tulungagung sedangkan bahan hukum sekunder berupa buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan anak, Perpres Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Gerakan Nasional Anti Kejahatan Seksual Terhadap Anak, dan buku ushul fiqh yang membahas kaidah saddu al-dzari’ah. Seluruh bahan hukum tersebut di kumpulkan dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan cara pemeriksaan data, klarifikasi, verifikasi, analisis dan kesimpulan. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian tersebut yang pertama, sosialisasi LPA Tulungagung membutuhkan koordinasi dengan Unit layanan daerah dalam rangka melakukan pencegahan serta mendorong pemerintah dalam membentuk Rancangan Peraturan Daerah tentang perlindungan anak. Kemudian upaya sosialisasi tersebut sejalan dengan kaidah saddu al-dzari’ah yaitu “menolak kerusakan lebih diutamakan ketimbang mengambil kemaslahatan”. Kedua, LPA Tulungagung melakukan penanganan terhadap korban dengan pengobatan fisik, psikis yang berkoordinsi bersama Unit Pelayanan Daerah dan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Kartini.

Abstract

Indonesian people's knowledge about the history of kingdoms in Indonesia was decreased. Now the existence of history books was shifted by the rapid development of technology. Realized this, many educational institutions were involved in technology to their learning media. To support that, the writer will use technology to create a learning media, named 3D short animated films. This kind of film turned out to attract the publics' attention, ranging from children to adolescents. The animated film will be designed with the theme of the first Islamic kingdom in Indonesia, named the Samudra Pasai kingdom with a duration of approximately 3 minutes. this animated film was made by Blender software version 2.79. The design of this animation aims to increase knowledge as well as learning media for students about the history of the Indonesian people, especially the history of Samudra Pasai kingdom.

Abstract

Education is one of the pillars of a country's development. Teachers as central figures in the education system have a very important role in improving the quality of education. Innovation in teacher performance management is the key to improving the quality of education. This research examines effective innovations in teacher performance management to improve the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach at Madrasah Ibtidaiya Kahasiri, Probolinggo City. Data was collected through interviews with teachers, classroom observations, and analysis of documents related to teacher performance management. This study shows that effective innovation in teacher performance management includes several main aspects. First, inclusive and collaborative leadership development helps create a positive work environment. Leadership that understands and supports teachers' needs and supports their professional development plays a key role in increasing teacher morale and motivation. Second, teacher empowerment through training and skills development aims to improve pedagogical competence and classroom management skills. Third, the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in education and teacher performance management can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning process. The results of this research indicate that effective innovation in teacher performance management requires collaboration between school principals, teachers and other stakeholders. Creating a positive work environment, empowering teachers, and using technology wisely can significantly improve the quality of education. Therefore, education stakeholders are expected to adopt these innovations to improve the quality of education and provide a better future for future generations.
