Abstract

Ethics is a crucial component in human interaction, including in the field of marketing in Islamic banks. This article discusses the marketing ethics of Islamic banks: a theoretical study. The aim is to know the marketing ethics of Islamic banks comprehensively. The type of research used in this article is qualitative, which bases on library data focusing on text study and literature review. The results of this study show that there are several marketing ethics of Islamic banks such as promoting using gentle words, marketing is done with courtesy; being professional, fair, and transparent, placing customers as equal partners, do not consider competitors as enemies and working with a culture that following the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad.

Abstract

This article describes the contribution of Afzalur Rahman`s thought to Islamic economics from the epistemological aspect to the concept of wages in Islam. This article is a type of library research, with the data presented being qualitative data. Data were collected from primary and secondary sources and analyzed with a qualitative descriptive method. This study's results show that Afzalur Rahman is one of the well-known Muslim economists who is very productive in producing works. Afzalur Rahman's real contribution to economics can be seen in various Islamic economic theories that were developed from the results of numerous analyzes, such as the foundation of Islamic economics built on monotheism, justice, leadership, brotherhood, work, productivity, ownership, freedom, and responsibility, social security, and prophecy. On the concept of wages, Rahman agrees that wages must be determined through negotiations between workers, employers, and the state, to provide justice for various parties.

Abstract

This article describes the urgency of business ethics in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The article is qualitative research in the type of literature research. This research is the analytical description and data analysis using the deductive thinking method. The study results showed that in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. There are fundamental changes in various fields; one of them is the business field. For that, ethics is needed so the business can generate profits for all. Numerous Islamic business ethics are always relevant in business activities, such as honesty, selling goods according to quality, not using oaths, being loose and generous, building good relations between colleagues, orderly administration, and transparently setting the price is essential for business activities. So the business carried out produces peace and prosperity in the hearts and minds of business people. The corporation has to follow moral and religious values and does not break human principles.
