Abstract

This research aims to present publications on Public Administration from the Scopus database using a bibliometric analysis. The Publish or Perish method by Harzing was used for citations in the form of metrics, while Microsoft Excel and VOS viewer were used for frequency analysis and visualization of data between 2010-2021. Findings: Based on the results, the publications on Public Administration have consistently increased since 2015 with 656 citations. The most popular keywords identified are development, drug administration, food and practice, China, impact, review and state, application, research, big data, future and Public Administration, case, evolution, and efficiency.Keywords: Public Administration; Bibliometric Analysis AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan publikasi tentang Public Administration dari database Scopus dengan menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Metode penelitian melalui Publish or Perish oleh Harzing digunakan untuk kutipan dalam bentuk metrik, sedangkan Microsoft Excel dan VOS viewer digunakan untuk analisis frekuensi dan visualisasi data antara 2010-2021. Temuan: Berdasarkan hasil, publikasi Administrasi Publik secara konsisten meningkat sejak tahun 2015 dengan 656 kutipan. Kata kunci yang paling populer diidentifikasi adalah pengembangan, administrasi obat, makanan dan praktik, Cina, dampak, tinjauan dan status, aplikasi, penelitian, data besar, masa depan dan Administrasi Publik, kasus, evolusi, dan efisiensi.Kata Kunci: Administrasi Publik; Analisis Bibliometrik

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the factors causing dynastic politics and the impact of dynastic politics on village leadership for community development in Cileunyi Wetan Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and study documentation. Dynasty politics is a process of regenerating power for the interests of the political elite that aims to maintain power by placing their families or relatives in certain positions in the field of government. The practice of dynastic politics in the village of Cileunyi Wetan was an attempt to maintain power by the village head's family for several periods. The relationship between the village head and the former village head was uncle and father, who still had influence in the community. The dynasty in the village leadership in the village of Cileunyi Wetan was caused by the strength of capital (economy), the strength of family networks, and the existence of unhealthy democratic practices. The dynastic political impact of village leadership on community development in the village of Cileunyi Wetan is the control of economic resources in the village by a group of people, and the existence of nepotism in the recruitment of village government officials.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze gender equality in the promotion of structural positions in the Government of West Java Province. This research design uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and documentation studies. While the research analysis technique is done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study concluded that gender equality in the promotion of structural positions in West Java Province had not been realized optimally because the competency, qualifications, and work behavior of female civil servants are considered lower than men. Various servants faced by female civil servants for good promotion internal factors, namely the dual role and lack of motivation of women to progress, also obstacles to external factors stemming from the family, community, and organizational culture that are not gendered responsive. In addition to competence, qualifications, and work behavior, other considerations were found for the promotion of the position of a female civil servant, namely: multiple roles, type of work and location of assignments; this made women less likely to get strategic position promotions.

Abstract

Government performance and regional competitiveness can be increased through regional innovation involving various stakeholders. The existence of stakeholders is adjusted to their roles and responsibilities so that the results achieved can run optimally. This study aims to identify the stakeholders involved and analyze their roles based on power and interest. This study uses a qualitative approach with stakeholder analysis techniques. The results of the stakeholder analysis show grouping in two contexts, namely, primary stakeholders, namely, the central and regional governments, as well as secondary stakeholders, consisting of the community, academics, entrepreneurs, and the mass media. To support success in implementing regional innovation, an analysis of the role of each stakeholder is carried out. The results of the analysis show that stakeholders are divided into four categories based on power and interest: subjects, key players, crowd, and contest setters. The division of roles and responsibilities among each stakeholder can accelerate the process of implementing regional innovations in Indragiri Hilir Regency.
