Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, leadership policies, and incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Eternal Forward Jaya Award. The population in this study were employees of PT. Anugerah Jaya Maju Abadi Semarang as many as 75 employees. The samples taken using the saturated sampling technique are 75 employees. The data analysis tool in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Eternal Forward Jaya Award. Leadership policies have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Eternal Forward Jaya Award. Incentives have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Eternal Forward Jaya Award. Keywords: Work Environment, Leadership Policy, Incentives and Employee Performance. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kebijakan pimpinan, dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anugerah Jaya Maju Abadi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Anugerah Jaya Maju Abadi Semarang sebanyak 75 karyawan. Adapun sampel  yang diambil  dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu sejumlah 75 karyawan. Alat analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anugerah Jaya Maju Abadi. Kebijakan pimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anugerah Jaya Maju Abadi. Insentif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Anugerah Jaya Maju Abadi. Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kebijakan Pimpinan, Insentif dan Kinerja Karyawan.
