Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran studysaster berbasis teknologi informasi pada masa Covid-19. Berdasarkan survei lapangan pada masa pandemi, dunia pendidikan memberikan efek kebijakan physical distancing. Pembelajaran banyak dilakukan secara daring (dalam jaringan) melalui aplikasi zoom dengan tetap mencapai tujuan awal pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development). Tahapannya adalah observasi lapangan, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi ahli, revisi, ujicoba, dan analisi data. Subyek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kesehatan masyarakat tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 40 orang. Hasil penelitiannya adalah diperoleh produk final berupa pembelajaran studysaster berbasis teknologi informasi yang mendapatkan respon cukup positif yaitu 73,66 %. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran studysaster dapat memberikan peran dan fungsi bagi mahasiswa kesehatan masyarakat untuk mengedukasi terkait bencana Covid-19. Produk ini juga memberikan dampak positif kepada mahasiswa dalam mempelajari bencana Covid-19 dan dapat membagikan ide-ide mereka dengan memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi melalui media sosial yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Stimulation will develop faster than children who receive less or no stimulation. Children's development can be achieved optimally if parents, especially mothers, make various efforts to fulfill children's basic needs (care, sharpen, love) one of which is to stimulate children's development. The method of implementing this community service is by counseling about the knowledge of early stimulation of toddler development. This Community Service activity is carried out in the Work Area of ??the Bengkulu Fish Market Health Center. The time for implementation is in August 2021. The participants in this community service activity are mothers who have children aged 1-5 years in the Work Area of ??the Bengkulu Fish Market Health Center with a total of 35 people. Activities are carried out in stages (1) providing an explanation of the theme of the extension and the purpose of the activity; (2) do a knowledge pre test (3) provide knowledge about knowledge of early stimulation of toddler development (4) do a knowledge post test. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in mothers' knowledge on average pretest 35.2 (poor category) and posttest ie 86.6 (good category). After participating in this activity, mothers can apply the knowledge of early stimulation of toddler development. Keywords: Child, Stimulation, Development

Abstract

The number of overweight children aged 5-19 years has increased on every continent from 1990-2016, the highest was in the United States with a prevalence in 2016 of 41.86% (UNICEF, 2019). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between physical activity, and diets with the cases of obesity in children. The method used was an analytical research design with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 52 school-age children in grades 4 and 5 at the State Elementary Islamic 2 in Bengkulu using a total sampling technique. This study used SPSS with a chi-square bivariate statistical test with a value of =<0.05. The results of univariate analysis that more than half of the respondents 51.9% or 27 respondents have moderate physical activity, more than half of the respondents 65.4% or 34 respondents have a pattern eat well, most of the respondents 71.2% or 37 respondents are not obese. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between physical activity, and diets with the incidence of obesity in children at the State Elementary Islamic 2 in Bengkulu (p : 0.000). There is a relationship between physical activity, and diets with the cases of obesity in children at State Elementary Islamic 2 in Bengkulu (p: 0.000. Abstract

Background : Stunting is a problem because it can cause morbidity, death, slow down the process of motor development and hinder the mental growth process of sufferers. Stunting not only interferes with physical growth but also in other growth such as mental, cognitive and intellectual children. The purpose of this community service is to conduct socialization and counseling in an effort to prevent stunting in the Betungan Health Center work area, Bengkulu City. The implementation method is by counseling about stunting in children. This Community Service activity was carried out at the Betungan Bengkulu Health Center. The time for implementation is in November 2022. The participants in this community service activity are mothers who have toddlers at the Bentungan Health Center in Bengkulu City with a total of 20 people. Activities are carried out in stages (1) providing an explanation of the material to be provided and the purpose of the activity; (2) provide knowledge about child stunting and its prevention. The results of this activity show that there is an increase in public understanding of what stunting is, the causes of stunting, the dangers of stunting for the short and long term as well as growing awareness in overcoming the effects of stunting so as to minimize the occurrence of stunting in children. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas belajar mahasiswa dengan menerapkan pembelajaran direct learning pada mata kuliah Analisis Kualitas Lingkungan. Pembelajaran direct learning ini dipilih berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan beberapa permasalahan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Beberapa permasalahan yang terindentifikasi diantaranya adalah 1) kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam perkuliahan masih rendah, hal ini terlihat dari hasil ujian maupun tugas yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa. 2) mahasiswa belum mampu menumbuhkan sikap percaya diri dalam menjawab pertanyaan secara langsung yang diberikan oleh dosen kepada mahasiswa. 3) mahasiswa belum mampu untuk mengaitkan atau menganalisis materi kuliah dengan konsep sehati-sehari. 4) mahasiswa terlihat kurang antusias dalam melakukan perkuliahan analisis kualitas lingkungan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilakukan dengan tiga siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa STIKES Tri Mandiri Sakti Bengkulu semester V tahun akademik 2022/2023 dengan jumlah 40 orang. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase rata-rata siklus I sebesar 59,16%; siklus II 70% dan siklus III 81,25% sehingga dapat disimpulakan terjadi peningkatan aktivitas mahasiswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran direct learning.
