<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penyidikan korban tindak pidana kekerasan terhadap anak di Polrestabes Makassar dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian hukum normatif dan hukum empiris.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kasus kekerasan terhadap anak yang dilaporkan ke Polrestabes Makassar setiap tahun mengalami penurunan akan tetapi penyelesaiannya juga mengalami kecenderungan penurunan. Oleh karena itu, penyidikan korban tindak pidana kekerasan terhadap anak di Kepolisian Resor Kota Besar Makassar kurang efektiv. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penyidikan korban tindak pidana kekerasan terhadap anak di Kepolisian Resor Kota Besar Makassar adalah faktor substansi hukum, faktor aparat penegak hukum, faktor sarana dan prasarana, faktor kesadaran hukum masyarakat, serta budaya hukum masyarakat. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the investigation of victims of violence against children at the Makassar Police and its influencing factors. This research method uses normative legal research and empirical law. The results of this study indicate that cases of violence against children reported to the Makassar Polrestabes have decreased every year but the settlement also has a tendency to decline. Therefore, the investigation of victims of violence against children at the Makassar City Police is less effective.
