<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Fungsi Provos dalam Penegakan Hukum Disiplin Anggota Kepolisian Negara Repoblik Indonesia dan faktotr-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Fungsi Provos Dalam Penegakan Hukum Disiplin Anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia adalah kurang efektif dengan adanya beberapa kelemahan didalam penegakannya terutama dalam hal pemberian sanksi berdasarkan penelusuran data dan analisis faktor.Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Fungsi Provos Dalam Penegakan Hukum Disiplin Anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia adalah faktor struktur hukum, faktor sarana dan fasilitas hukum serta faktor kesadaran hukum karena masih banyak Anggota kepolisian khususnya di Kepolisian daerah Sulawesi Selatan banyak melakukan pelanggaran. The research objective is to analyze the function of Provos in upholding the disciplinary law of members of the Republic of Indonesia National Police and the factors that influence it. The research method uses empirical normative legal research.
