<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana penipuan secara online di Kepolisian Daerah Sulawesi Selatan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, Metode penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyidikan tindak pidana penipuan secara online yang ditangani Kepolisian Daerah Sulawesi Selatan kurang efektif. Dengan demikian kurang efektifnya penyidikan tersebut mengakibatkan adanya tunggakan perkara setiap tahun. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penyidikan tindak pidana penipuan secara online yang dilaporkan ke Polda Sulsel adalah faktor substansi hukum, faktor aparat penegak hukum, faktor sarana dan prasarana, faktor kesadaran hukum masyarakat dan faktor budaya hukum. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of online fraud investigation at the South Sulawesi Regional Police and the factors that influence it. This research method uses empirical juridical research type. The results of this study indicate that the online fraud investigation handled by the South Sulawesi Regional Police is less effective. Thus the ineffectiveness of these investigations results in delinquent cases every year. Factors that affect the effectiveness of online fraud investigations reported to the South Sulawesi Regional Police are legal substance factors, law enforcement factors, facilities and infrastructure factors, community legal awareness factors and legal culture factors.]]>
