Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas Fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam Pembentukan Peraturan Desa dan Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum sosilogis atau empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa adalah segala sesuatu yang dilakukan oleh Badan Permusyawaratan Desa berdasarkan atas fungsi dan wewenang Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, 2) Fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa Sapanang belum berjalan dengan baik sebagai wakil rakyat di desa tersebut. Hal ini di tandai dengan tidak berjalannya fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa selaku Lembaga legislasi desa. The research objective to analyze the effectiveness of the function of the Village Consultative Body in the Formation of Village Regulations and the factors that influence it. The research method used is sociological or empirical legal research. The results showed that: 1) The function of the Village Consultative Body is everything that is done by the Village Consultative Body based on the functions and authorities of the Village Consultative Body, 2) The function of the Sapanang Village Consultative Body has not been running well as a representative of the people in the village. This is marked by the ineffectiveness of the function of the Village Consultative Body as a village legislation institution.
