<![CDATA[Tujuan Penelitian menganalisis Pelaksanaan Diversi Terhadap Anak Yang Berhadapan Dengan Hukum di Pengadilan Negeri Makassar dan Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pengadilan Negeri Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dan penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan sistem diversi terhadap anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum di Pengadilan Negeri Makassar saat masih kurang sesuai berdasarkan UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak, Perma No.4 tahun 2014 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Diversi, PP No. 65 tahun 2015 tentang Pedoman Diversi dengan cara melakukan Tahap Penyidikan, Tahap Penuntutan, dan Tahap Pemeriksaan di Pengadilan. Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan diversi di Pengadilan Negeri Makassar, yakni Faktor Substansi Hukum, Struktur Hukum, dan Budaya Hukum. This research objective to analyze the implementation of diversion against children in conflict with the law at the Makassar District Court and the Influencing Factors. This research was conducted at the Makassar District Court. This research was conducted using normative research methods and empirical research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the diversion system for children who are in conflict with the law at the Makassar District Court is still not appropriate based on Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, Perma No. 4 of 2014 concerning Procedures for Implementing Diversion, PP No. 65 of 2015 concerning Diversion Guidelines by conducting the Investigation Stage, Prosecution Stage, and Examination Stage in Court.
