Abstract

The driving wheel of the state's economy Alignment to small farmers must also be demonstrated by optimizing the role of extension workers. Agricultural extension workers can take advantage of digital information technology so that assistance can be done anytime and anywhere. Therefore, an application for an Android-based online forum and learning forum is needed to make it easier for farmers to get learning information about PEST management, nurseries and planting. With technology that supports learning, counseling, online forums, it is hoped that it will facilitate communication during the Covid-19 pandemic. is an online learning media application for farmers. Where farmers can see learning videos, bibliography, agricultural material, extension videos, discussions with farming communities and questions and answers with agricultural experts from both the government and universities. Due to the Covid pandemic, counseling communication was somewhat hampered. This application is built using the PHP, Java and MySQL programming languages. With this application, it is hoped that it will facilitate the process of learning, counseling and consulting by farmers

Abstract

The role of digital transformation facilitates bureaucratic services in the village. Current technological developments bring many changes to various aspects, including the aspect of public administration services, one of which is online correspondence services which are useful for improving the village government management system so that it can work efficiently and effectively. So far, in Wonosari Village, correspondence services such as birth certificates, certificates of good behavior, transfer certificates and other letters are still done manually so it takes a long time. Therefore, a Web-based Correspondence Application was built in Wonosari Village. Where in this application consists of a menu of master data, Master Letters, Reporting, Validation of Letters and user settings. This application is built using the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. With this Web-based correspondence application, it is hoped that it will simplify and speed up the correspondence administration process at the village government level.

Abstract

Indonesia is a democratic country that holds general elections every five years. The general election is carried out starting from the village level, namely the Village Head Election (Pilkades). Pilkades are still mostly done manually when selecting candidates. The purpose of this study is to utilize more modern and more efficient technology, by using pure web-based application technology to reduce fraud and minimize unauthorized votes that often occurred in previous years. The results of the research on the proven RFID method that has been developed are functionally all features run smoothly with the black-box testing method and are compatible in various versions of Laptops and Android. Compared to manual input techniques because of the speed and accuracy in the selection and calculation of the number of voter data.
