Abstract

Stock Return is a reward given to investors for the investment they have made. In this era, investment is an important activity in a country's economy, because investment can improve people's lives. Stock returns can inspire and attract investors to invest. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of interest rates and inflation on stock returns. The population used is all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017.

Abstract

The main objective of the research is to find out the influence of operational cost to net profit at LQ 45 companies in Bursa Efek Indonesia. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive. The data collection was used in this research was done by documentation, and literature study. The data which used was income statement company, meanwhile the technique used to analyze the data were the normality test, coefficient of autocorrelation, coefficient of heteroscedasticity, coefficient hypothesis ( coefficient T), simple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of this study showed that t value 11,609 ( t value 11,609 t table 2,010) and a sig value of 0,00 0,05. Thus is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence on Operating Costs on Net Profit for LQ 45 Companies Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015 – 2017

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the law risk in murabahah agreement in syaria banking. From its approach, this research was the normative juridical, which the research based on the literature study to get the secondary data in law areas and also to do the literature research to complete document received from the literature. The summary of this research was the law risk of murabahah agreement existed. This caused by the agreement have not fulfilled yet the syaria principle because in the agreement, the selling prices based on the total payment not form the historical prices from the products bought from the consumer which had potential risk of usury.

Abstract

Aside from the serious impact on health, Covid-19 Pandemic also weakens the national economy. Various industrial sectors, including the culinary business, experienced a decrease in turnover rate, and not a few closed their businesses. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, there are still opportunities to open businesses for small entrepreneurs engaged in the culinary sector. In order to be able to compete and acquire consumers amid declining purchasing power then the entrepreneurs must be innovative, including using an online system in their sales strategy. This is implemented to comply with regulations to always maintain distance and at the same time break the chain of spreading COVID-19. Research on business opportunities in the culinary sector during the Covid 19 pandemic was conducted in Rawalumbu District by taking the case of the Dapoer Pamenan Restaurant, Rawalumbu District. This research uses a the descriptive qualitative method by using a SWOT analysis to find out the various strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that the culinary business has during a pandemic. The result of this research shows that the strategy that can be carried out by the culinary business is product and service diversification. The culinary business must be able to gain consumer trust through safe products, healthy and hygienic, implement the health protocol, maximize online marketing, fulfill the demands of take-away and delivery orders, making diversified product innovations in the form of healthy food and frozen food, and also optimize the quality of the products. The target outcome of this research is to identify the factors of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that will be faced by the culinary business entrepreneurs in the Rawalumbu sub-district and also to decide the suitable strategy applied to adapt to the new normal. In the long term, it is hoped that the results of this study will contribute to the development of business strategies to deal with emergency and uncertain situations.
