Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out how much influence partially the working climate has on the performance of employees in the Boalemo District Marine and Fisheries Service; 2) to find out how much influence partially motivates the performance of employees in the Boalemo District Marine and Fisheries Service; 3) to know how much influence simultaneously the working climate and motivation on the performance of employees in the Boalemo District Marine and Fisheries Service. The quantitative descriptive research method approach with the type of survey research that explains the causal relationship and performs hypothesis testing using a multiple regression analysis approach. The results showed that:1) the working climate has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Boalemo District Marine and Fisheries Service with an influence contribution of 55%. This means that the higher the working climate, the higher the performance of employees in the Boalemo District Marine and Fisheries Service; 2) motivation negatively and significantly affects the performance of employees in the Boalemo District Marine and Fisheries Service with an influence contribution of 72%. This means that the higher the motivation, the lower the performance of employees in the Boalemo District Marine and Fisheries Service; 3) simultaneously the influence of the working climate and motivation will have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Marine and Fisheries Service with a 59% contribution. This means that if the working climate and motivation are applied simultaneously it will further improve the performance of its employees.

Abstract

The research objectives are: (1) Knowing and analyzing the management of BMD in increasing PAD. (2) Knowing and analyzing the factors that determine the management of BMD in increasing PAD. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is to examine, analyze and describe the data. The number of informants in this study was 9 people. Research Results: Management of BMD: (a) Planning; The regional government RKBMD is determined by the Property Manager (b) Utilization; utilization cooperation has not been carried out; (c) Administration; in general it has been done but there are still unclear origins of BMD goods (d) Control; it has been done but there are still findings from the BPK regarding some missing items. Conclusion: (1) The regional government has carried out BMD management, although there are still shortcomings, this can be seen in the BPK recommendations. (2) The most prominent determining factors in the management of BMD are, government policies, human resources, and the budget will be overcome if the policies that regulate it are strong and can be implemented. Suggestions: (1) In order to optimize PAD revenue, it is recommended to use BMD through rental and KSO, daily or hourly rental, and KSO with BUMdes for the management of tourist attractions; (2) It is deemed necessary to conduct an inventory of BMD every year, to find out the existence of the BMD.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, serta pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo yang meliputi: (1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap budaya organisasi, (2) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, (3) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai (4) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja, (5) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai (6) pengaruh motivasi kerja pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai organisasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 pegawai pada Pemerintahan Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner serta teknik observasi. Untuk menguji pola hubungan model yang dibentuk, digunakan alat analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) versi 4.00. Hasil peenlitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan gaya afiliasi, gaya kecepatan, gaya demokrasi, dan gaya pelatih akan mempengaruhi para bawahan tidak hanya sekedar melaksanakan kewajiban namun mampu meningkatkan budaya organisasi dan dapat memberikan motivasi terhadap pegawai. Disamping itu penggunaan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif akan dapat memberikan dorongan kepada pegawai untuk melakukan tindakan guna pencapaian tujuan yang diinginkan. Kata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study is carried out with the aim of analysing exploration and describing things related to rural funding policy in improving the implementation of rural infrastructure development. This study uses a descriptive type of qualitative approach. The focus of research is knowledge, skills, behavior. Research has shown that the evaluation of ADD policy in improving the implementation of SDM infrastructure development, accounting, and public participation are still not optimal in line with its definition. The impediment to ADD policy implementation is in terms of data accessibility, government rules, and communication and planning synchronisation. It is suggested that the village government should further optimise ADD policies to improve the quality of village sdm, energy operators, improve public certification, and accountability reports and access through any media. and the village government had to propose an increase in the ADD budget so that rural infrastructure could continue to play a role in improving public security.
