Abstract

The research design used the Pre Experiment Design with a one-group pre-post test design. The population, preschool-aged children who experience hospitalization stress in the Karunia Room of Kediri Baptist Hospital. The sample is 15 respondents who were selected by Quota Sampling. The research variable was Bibliotherapy. The data collection process was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Paired Samples Test. The results of the research before doing bibliotherapy, stress hospitalization of preschool children were severe as 9 respondents (60.0%), mild as many as 4 respondents (26.7%), and moderate as many as 2 respondents (13.3%). The average change in stress hospitalization before and after bibliotherapy was 7.67 with a p-value of 0.000. Bibliotherapy is effective in reducing hospitalization stress in preschool children in the Karunia Room of Kediri Baptist Hospital

Abstract

Objective : Forms of anxiety experienced by third trimester mothers include doubts about being able to give birth normally, smooth delivery, fear of not being able to withstand the pain experienced during childbirth, condition of the baby being born, delivery not as desired, condition of the mother after giving birth, indirectly met her baby after giving birth, and received less attention from those around her. Prenatal Yoga is a non-pharmacological therapy in reducing anxiety in pregnant women. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of prenatal yoga in reducing anxiety in third trimester pregnant women in Bangsal RW 2 Kediri. Method : The method used in this study was experimental. The study population was third trimester pregnant women. The number of samples in the study was 35 respondents. This research uses purposive sampling. The variables used were prenatal yoga and anxiety. Researchers used a measuring instrument in the form of an Anxiety Scale for Pregnant (ASP) questionnaire. Result : The results of the research on anxiety in third trimester pregnant women before being given heavy prenatal yoga were 25 respondents (71.4%), after being given prenatal yoga anxiety in third trimester mild pregnant women were 32 respondents (91.4%) with Wilcoxon test results p = 0.000. Conclusion : The conclusion of this study is that prenatal yoga is very effective in reducing anxiety in third trimester pregnant women.

Abstract

Introduction: Reproductive health is a very important aspect for all men and women, including teenagers, to know. The phenomenon shows that some teenagers do not know and understand reproductive health, for example, menstruation and pregnancy Objective: This research aims to determine adolescent knowledge about reproductive health and then their knowledge and attitudes toward reproductive health problems. Methods: This research is a descriptive study with the variable knowledge of adolescent reproductive health. The population of this study was young men and women aged 10 to 19 years, totaling 39 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire, which consists of general data and specific data. General data includes biodata, general information about adolescent reproductive health, and information sources used by adolescents to obtain information about adolescent reproductive health. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively and adjusted to the objectives to be achieved in the research. Results: knowledge about adolescent reproductive health at the Kasih Allah Tulungagung Orphanage was in the sufficient category of 11 respondents (28.21%) and the insufficient category was 28 respondents (71.79%). Conclusion: Knowledge about adolescent reproductive health at the Kasih Allah Tulungagung Orphanage is in the poor category.
